I was at the Grand Palladium in the Dominican Republic with my family and kids, and I must say it has been a deeply disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there was an issue with our reservations, and it took over an hour to get us to our room. The staff were incredibly rude, making it feel like they were doing us a favor just by being there. Every request we made was met with reluctance and disdain. The golf cart situation was especially frustrating. Despite being paying guests, we were informed that the golf carts are only available to new arrivals. This policy is incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the vast size of the resort. With young kids in tow, this made getting around the resort even more challenging. When I asked if there was any way to access a golf cart, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. You will spend most of your vacation just waiting for a golf cart to get back to your room! Overall, the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the rude staff and the inconvenient transportation situation made our family stay at the Grand Palladium far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant vacation experience, especially if you have kids. This is the first time I couldn’t wait for a vacation to be over! Restaurants were always completely booked and the only way we were able to make reservations, was to speak to a management. Room's needed repairs throughout.

Overall we had good experience! The staff is very friendly, the beach is walkable distance, the pools are nice and there are many options for food. The Bavaro resort will be closed early 2025 for renovations but overall the conditions are decent.

we just got back from our 5 day stay and i must say this hotel exceeded everything i expected when booking . beach , people and food and the pools. every was so nice perfect everyone is super friendly , room was always cleaned, bars by the beach super nice and all the bartenders great service . we love the grounds and the childrens play area and pool. the buffets to the restaurants were excellent. kids had so much fun anf so did we . we enjoyed iur stay very much . thank you again we will be back most definitely soon!

The property definitely needs upgrading especially in the rooms. Our room for 4 of us was not functional. The bathroom situation is terrible with no privacy including the toilet and no where to change. I have teenage kids and it was uncomfortable every time you need it to change your clothes. The beds are full size and the pull out couch is really a mattress on the floor!

Great for family and kids!

The hotel is ideal for family relaxation, especially with young children. The food at all the restaurants and buffet is excellent. It has several pools and private beaches. The best part of the resort for kids is the Club Kids Palladium with Raggs, where the children have fun and learn. They are very well taken care of by the teachers. We especially appreciate Ozaidy, whose dedication and attention made our daughter’s stay much more enjoyable. She is the best teacher!

We had a large group visit your resort in Punta Cana Bavaro resort this past week and I wanted to reach out and speak to my experience while there. First of all the few workers I came in contact with in our villa for the most part were nice and we tipped appropriately. But that was about all the positive I have to say other than I did love the bathtub in our room as that is where I spent most of my time as i got very sick Tuesday the 9th and remained sick until checkout on the 12th. I did receive food poisoning as per the symptoms. Our room smelled of mold and mildew. The ac was never cold even though it was on 19. I reported this and it was never addressed. I also reported the fact that our tv continuously turned off randomly and on sooooo many times in an hour and no one ever came to check on it. Our room service was hours late if it ever came and we would have to contact room service for follow up. Many items were out and unavailable to get on menu and when items were received they were cold and at times wrong or not there. Our wet bar was empty when we arrived and only refilled without calling first one time. Minimal items were given when asked for. My husband was not able to bring me food from other restaurants or buffet he went to even though we had paid for all inclusive again restricting amount of food I was able to eat. I had to purchase snacks in order to eat. Also Gatorade at 7 a bottle in order to stay hydrated as I was again vomiting and had diarrhea from the e

As a lover of vacation, I have to admit this was a great one. Started out with some issues which was quite frustrating but Carlos the manager made sure to quickly rectify the situation. My issues were resolved and the trip was wonderful. The food was exceptional everywhere. There was not a restaurant or buffet my family and I ate at that wasn’t good. Many choices of food options to choose from. This is my second Palladium visit and as always it was wonderful.

This is my second time at a Palladium property. The great thing is that this specific resort has 3 other attached and we used the other 2 pools, beach, restaurant etc. the TRS resort is not included and adults only. For starters this is a more stablished and older resort. You’re not getting untra modern rooms unless you’re in the remodeled villas. But everything is clean and nice and the beach at this property was unmatched - one of the best in the area. The staff was a 20/10 for me honorable mention to Anais who was amazing with my son. This resort is great for the price and it really has everything you need. If you’re looking for bank for your money this is the place. Very family friendly and very large complex so you won’t be bored. Hope this honest review helps. Again this is not the 4 seasons but as parents with a 4 year old this was great

flooded Romand the air conditioning stooped working/burned out. this'll be the third room they moved as tooth phone was not working, were waiting for-hoursi in our flooded room for someone to help. I would like a reimbursement for my four dais inconvenience I hop expidea going to make me happy!!!

The staff and everyone who worked there were great, but the rooms need some work. Did not have towels when we checked in and there was a lot of sand on the floor. Drain in shower was loose. Cabinet doors swollen from heat so wouldn't close. Sheets were musty and the air conditioner in one of our rooms had trouble with triggering off the fan. Reported and looked at but still did not work properly. The rest of the facilities were great. The food was good but scrambled eggs undercooked. Most of ended up with stomach issues. Could be from the food and water but also could be from the heat and drinking alcohol. We did enjoy our time there. But resort could use an upgrade which i believe is expected to happen soon.
