Great pool entertainment, clean and well manicured property, awesome staff! Wonderful buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Slightly disappointed with the restaurants.

Thr varierty of restaurants was great. But the service needs improvement. We often had to wait or even ask to get water and refills.

Everything was. Rey good, except the mosquitoes , the other resorts I have been in Punta Cana, did not have this issue

Staff was amazing! We were literally a minute walk from the beach! Also they have representatives there to help book daily adventures such as parasailing, snorkeling and dune boogies! They made everything so easy from check in to check out! The food was amazing although at the Japanese spot the sushi was pretty dry. What I didn’t enjoy were the little things such as the jets not working in our hot tub, and the indoor shower head broke off when we turned it on the first night. No biggie though being that our room also had an outdoor shower. I will definitely be returning!

Room was great. Grounds staff and house keeping excellent. Quality of food very dissatisfied. Lack of ability to communicate in English was very frustrating.

Loved my suite with walk in pool and jacuzzi . Concierge service was excellent - Rovin at the front desk was fantastic with his VIP services and arrangements for dinner and transportation and any thing we needed . Very happy with the VIP services .

We had a wonderful time. All the staff and vendors where very nice and always smiling. Having access to the othe facilities was awesome! The dolin dive center staff was above and beyond. My family became certified divers and we also rented speed boats. There was always to much food to eat and the maid service at the Grand Palladium Bávaro was excellent !
