Room was very good, we are seniors so they put us right close to the beach. The territory is large but there were convenient electric carts that we used to go to the main lobby area for breakfast. The restaurants were really good and we liked the food. we stayed in early February so construction was not finished near the beach. We would like to thank Rafel for being very helpful. He booked all our restaurants for us, explained the hotel and area, and got us a doctor when we had a medical emergency. He also made sure to put us in one of the villas near the beach so that it would be easier for us to walk, and he downloaded the app for us. Staff overall was very kind and brought us tablets with the menu when we struggled with the menu qr codes. The hotel is not super accessible from a digital perspective since all the restaurants have to be booked in the app (and dinner bookings are mandatory!), all the menus are in the app, the room service are in the app, and we could never get the restaurant qr code to work for us.

The entire property was beautiful.. just breath taking. The pools and property was always clean with staff maintaining the property all day. My butler Rafael Peguero was amazing. He was very kind, friendly, helpful, checked in on us everyday, made sure we were taken care of even when he was off, he made our stay so much better. The personal touches he provided for my birthday was everything. The dinner and the rose petals in the room was amazing!

Debateable with this hotel. I'd love to give it four stars, but I just can't. Our concierge, Juan was absolute exceptional. Even better than that who we had at the fives in Mexico or at the grand Hyatt Bahamas. He was attentive. He was quick. He was courteous. He was sweet to my girls. Just really great. Check-in was good as well. Irena was lovely and efficient through to the management at the hotel. Evening entertainment was fun as well always something for everyone and quite lively. The problem is the day-to-day service. The staff are rude. They are incredibly slow and make you feel like a third class citizen. This is where my start drops to three maybe even two honestly. I likely will not go back to grand Palladium select Bavaro although the grounds were beautiful. The beach was nice as well as the hotel room. My apologies to management as I know they did their best, but really the day to day pool and bat service was just horrific.

We loved our stay at Grand Palladium, the rooms are recently renovated and the food variety is quite good, but why really made the trip amazing was the quality of the service, especially our personal butler Juan Jalpay. Everything was amazing. Our butler Rafael went out of his way to make our family (couple with 2 kids) comfortable and welcome. From restaurant reservations to small gifts for kids he took care of everything for us. Our flight got cancelled and he assisted us with additional accommodation. Overall the property is beautiful with lot of pools, activities for every age group through the day. Very clean, and one of the best properties we have been too. Definitely a must visit if coming to Punta Cana.

Our stay at the Grand Palladium Select was great. Upon arrival we were greeted for our exclusive check in by JUAN who gave us a rundown of the resort and helped us to our rooms. Juan made this trip amazing by being extremely responsive and helpful the whole stay. Juan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we would return for the service he provided! The resort itself was very large- the romance suite was gorgeous and the outdoor showier was super unique and fun. The staff throughout the resort work very hard and are all friendly as well. Only complaint would be somewhat slow service at some of the bars- but it’s vacation it’s not a huge deal! The food was hit or miss at the a la carte restaurants- Argentinian, Tapenyaki and Italian were all great. The buffet food was good, you could tell it was fresh! The pool entertainment staff were lots of fun! I would recommend better night time entertainment as this resort didn’t seem to offer any night time shows. Overall we had a great stay and were very grateful for the service provided by Juan!

I'm a punta Cana lover, this hotel was the worst, with the exception of Juan my concierge and the cleaning crew of my room. The food was tasteless and cold , the service at the buffet and restaurant terrible they didn't have enough stuff and supplies, one of the waitress reuse a cloth napkins from one customer to another, that was disgusting. The floor in the corridor was uneven and sometimes with no illumination. The TV , the app, the cable didn't work properly, and cut the TV service earlier before my check out. The pool in my room was much smaller than what is show in the picture. The hotel is beautiful but it have a very bad management.
