Staff was great!! Food was very good. Rooms needed some work and updating! We had a Jacuzzi rooftop room and the Jacuzzi was very old and there were no decent chairs or furniture to sit on up on the balcony. Not worth the upgrade!

First I arrived and tried to pay with my netspend prepaid card and it was decline multiple times! Reason insufficient funds. Not sure how when my prepaid amount was well over the cost of the room! Next we added netspend to Apple Pay and process a lower amount! What do you know it went thru and a receipt was provided! The remaining 400 was paid by my bank debit card! Great problem resolved! Arrived at the room the mini bar was hot! Tried use the phone in the room and no one answered in any departments. Ordered buffalo wings room service and go fried wings. No one who came to the room could speak English. The power went out in my daughters room for 10 mins! The next day I told 3 people the mini bar was hot and I needed diabetic friendly drinks in my room! All stated they would contact mgmt! Later Mon I found out the jacuzzi didn’t work! Had my daughter fiancé check it out and he could t get it to work! Next I had emails stating funds declined for payment! Every 800 call was in Spanish not English and no access to bank accounts unless you were roaming! I found out Wed the resort charges my bank debit card the total amount wiping out my checking and savings account and nothing on my netspend card to pay the resort however worked at the gift shop! Went back to Guest Service who could not explain the receipt from Apple Pay on my netspend card and decided to charge the total on my bank debit card without my permission nor did they contact me to let me know! More

We had trouble with our room. Hot water on and off, bugs in room, and told staff about it… with not much help. The pools are great. The food was pretty solid. I recommend trying to make as many reservations at the a la cart restaurants as possible because the buffets can get a little boring.

In general, we enjoyed the property. We liked our room and the location of it. It was quiet, even though the property seemed full. We enjoyed the entertainment the nights we went. There were small things in the room that needed to be fixed and they attended to them promptly when we reported it to guest services. We didn't like spending 3.5 hrs trying to be convinced to buy into the Travel Club the morning after we arrived. Prior to our arrival, we were contacted by the property and we booked a spa package and paid for it prior to arrival. At checkout, they said we had a spa charge. They couldn't find our early payment and spent 45 minutes waiting for this to be cleared and caused us to be 10 min late for our scheduled pickup. I wouldn't recommend purchasing in advance. For this reason, we gave 3 vs a 4 rating.

The property itself is very well presented. For what it is, my family enjoyed the pools, the food and we even gave the Indian restaurant a shot for a change in flavor and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Overall, very nice resort! We chose to do a couple of excursions with Roberto and he was honest and helpful. We had such a blast ! But if you plan to hang out at the resort for a majority of the time, there’s a casino, a gym (I didn’t use so I can’t say how it is), a beach and we used the adult pool and large pool for everyone. The adult pool had a fun fast Zumba lesson Tuesday evening with Jairo - he was so much fun- we were randomly invited to dance with him for his lesson & it was so much fun! I would highly recommend this property if you want to go with something simple and gentler on the wallet. My family had a wonderful time!

Overall great experience however there are a lot of people we met on the trip that were vegetarian (including us) they need to provide more vegetarian options. Everything else was great!!

The property itself is beautiful. My family loved the buffets which had plenty of food options and easy access to the beach. The only issue is that we were given a room that wasn’t ready. The mini bar was empty and there were no towels in the bathroom. We were able to have towels brought to the room but it wasn’t until after we checked out that we realized that we were supposed to have a room in a different villa.

The resort was nice, but not spectacular. When arrived we were informed the original room we booked was no longer available. Was moved from Palladium side to TRS. TRS was a basic room. I don’t care for how open/exposed the bathroom is. No privacy. The TRS lobby was enclosed/air conditioned. So, that was a nice bar for drinks. The Palladium lobby is open air and to hot/humid to enjoy that bar. One restaurant was like a sauna, because the air didn’t work. All the food was blah except for the restaurant at TRS. Many staff don’t speak English. Just makes it hard when going to the bar or trying to order at restaurant.

Great food great Staff but the rooms need to get updated

We love our vacation. I like that you can use all amenities from the three hotels. It's great place to go with family. They have a cool kids club with different areas per age. They also have a magical pirate ship kiddie pool. I specially enjoyed all the food options and dinning restaurants. I have been to other all inclusive hotels and food usually sucks at buffets, but I was pleasantly surprised about the food flavor and quality at the Grand Palladium. We tried all all the buffets and Behique at the Punta Cana was our favorite, they had nice decoration and food variety. Lots of great healthy options for my toddler to snack and eat. They also have good activities and a very friendly and polite staff. The only issue I had was that checkin took an 2 hours. I first did a check-in line at the lobby, but bookings from the internet are checked in in another area, when I got there there was another line and it was chaos. The staff was very patient and polite, but a lot people got pissed off because they were slow. Anyway, besides that everything was amazing. If you go, I recommend to ask first where internet reservations are check-in.
