Overall it was good my kids had fun. My only complaint could be that the buffet had a lot of missing fruits ( apples and bananas) for breakfast. And beside the mexican italian and under the sea restaurant which they were good they should have a small Dominican restaurant or more Dominican food....( mangu was missing from the breakfast buffet...we had to ask the chef to make us mangu)

I like the 24 room service.. 1 thing i dint like is that you have to pay for the bed in the beach and pool area...

I loved the water park and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was greeted with a personal note along with a nice towel arrangement. The maid also always made sure to leave chocolates for my son which he enjoyed everytime.

The water park was a lot of fun. Didn’t like the beach area. It was too small and couldn’t really enjoy it.

The staff was ultra courteous and helpful from housekeeping to room service was great

The resort was top notch. I came with family including my husband, daughter and three grand kids, two sisters and their husbands as well as a host of nieces and nephews. It was so family friendly with shows and the water slide, beach and pool for the kids and adult things as well!!! (Can anyone say unlimited drinks). Plus the most luxurious spa experience ever. We took a few tours outside of the resort and they were handled so well! Santo Domingo was really interesting! I never laughed so much on any vacation!! We plan on returning.

DO NOT upgrade to Diamond Club. Our trip really could have been great had we NOT decided to upgrade to the Diamond Club. We were really happy with our room, the facility, the staff at the pool, and the water park. Diamond Club was a nightmare as they promised things (coffee in the morning, reservations for a cabana, dinner reservations) but those things didn't happen. I could have easily have gotten those things on my own but we wanted to make the vacation extra special. When promised a refund as they admitted they didn't deliver anything as promised, the refund never happened. Then they had the nerve to dispute our request for a refund from the credit card company. We don't have any paperwork for the refund as we were told by Miguel the Diamond Club Manager that "corporate would process the refund". We are waiting to see if our recording of the entire 6 minute conversation of Miguel apologizing and outlining the refund process a few days prior to the end of our stay can be used as proof again them certifying they provided the promised services for the length of our stay. The whole situation has tainted the whole vacation and our experience with this hotel chain. Its a shame.

The water park was amazing, hotel was very clean, staff members were very polity, the room was excellent! I would change a little the food, it was not bad but more variety. Overall 9/10

Everything was excellent, It was a very nice place to stay with lot of entrataiments.

I liked everything, the service and the hospitality from the team work was awesome. What I don’t liked was, people smoking 🚬 at the pool and was concerned about my child, it’s not suppose to happens and no lifeguards at any pool... But other then that so far s good. Excellent.

All i like was the room and how clean they cleaned my room and the staff from the are of bubbles pool area.

We enjoyed our stay and Hector, our Butler was awesome. Thank you for allowing us a beautiful anniversary celebration and can’t wait to visit again.
