As a group of 12 the main complaints were that we had to use the app for the resort to make reservations for the different restaurants and not everybody on our group were tech savvy so it was really difficult to make reservations and have dinner as a group. The most other complaint is the transportation within the resort. Having to wait 20 to 25 minutes to get picked up from the different stops so that the “train” would take you either to the buffet/restaurant, lobby or even back to your room. Most of the time whenever you are lucky to find a “train” it would be pack with people. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they are always trying to make sure you are having a great time.
Don’t ever go to this place! This is the worst place I have ever been. You would want to go back home from day one. The worst thing out of many, staff cursed and tried to fight. It felt very unsafe to be there.
I came here to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed! The room and resort were very nice. It was quiet when needed but had music in the evenings. The dinning options were great and making reservations was very easy. I didn't care for the Italian restaurant but we ended up at the 24 hr pub afterwards so all was good. I would definitely recommend this resort and would come back with my family.
This was our first time staying at this hotel in Punta Cana and I had no complaints super nice, clean and the food was good. FYI the buffets do not have air conditioning only the restaurants except 1 which is a buffet during the day but it is right by the beach so you get a lot of fresh breeze. If you are not an animal lover, this is not the place for you as they have peacocks, birds and some wildlife on the property and the peacocks start peacocking as early as 4 AM and that was a nit annoying other then that I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean, the beach is gorgeous, crystal water and extremely clean. Rooms are modern and updated.
Daniel at reception/check in was fantastic. There was a water leak in my room when I first arrived, but it was addressed quickly. However, a mess was left behind. Dust and dirt all over the floor. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.
Property is beautiful. Very well maintained.
My wife and I celebrated our 24th year by visiting the resort and we love it! We’re looking forward to going back.

The property is immaculate and the beach is absolutely breathtaking. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious!
The property is huge, has long walking distance. The main pool is not clean. There were many seaweed on the shore. Stuff is not attentive, especially in buffets.
