The property was beautiful. There were millions of birds (especially the flamingos) which made our stay very pleasant. The staff were very friendly even though they don't speak a word of English. I just wish the communication was not an issue for there were many misunderstandings. I would also like to see more entertainiment such as shows, music, dancing, etc. My stay happened to fall into bad weather and all shows and activities were put on hold. The food in the buffets was much better than the food given in the restaurants. If you don't have a reservation, you have to wait two hours just to be seated. Otherwise, the beach was beautiful, people were delightful, and the environment is very welcoming.

Very large property, but we'll laid out. Food was above average, drinks below average- nothing but low shelf liquor. You can pay extra for special menu items e.g. steaks and wines; however; not all staff seemed familiar with it. Make sure to keep an eye on pricing. All four room reservations where for different $$$ amount, despite the exact same room and amenities.

No hut water in the shower and tub, food was ok.

There were several items broken or not working in the room, including: no hot water during peak hours, internet never worked, thermostat was broken. Called almost every day to see if they could do something about it. The staff on the phone promised to send someone to fix it, but they never did. We had these issues for two weeks.

Alcohol is watered down! Not once did we feel tipsy and we were drinking Smirnoff and mamajuana shots. The only night we got "real" alcohol was when we left this resort to go to hard rock. Also the food was okay. It wasn't amazing. If I'm paying for all inclusive the food and alcohol need to be on point. Do better!

Very family friendly which was our number 1 goal traveling with a toddler. For this reason we will be back! Clean, accommodating, lots of options for pools and play. Grounds- pretty, not perfectly manicured which was refreshing . Peacock/ flamingos and birds very nice to see roaming around. Food- good, we had a toddler so the at the family club there was a fabulous, quick child buffet that we used daily for lunch at the slide area. If you are a foodie- you may be let down. There are multiple restaurants and unless you are part of the ‘platinum’ club you cannot make a reservation. The iltalian restaurant, the best one, very hard to get into unless you are there right at opening. Rooms- good, pull out bed was great for our little, low to the ground. Not enough plugs for all the accessories, but ok. No tubs. Shower floors Very slippery!! Our little fell several times and we had to line the floors with towels at shower time. Staff- AMAZING, sweet, and refreshing. As part of the ‘Family’ club with kids, it was perfect! Everyone was sooo nice. The kiddy club is BEAUTIFUL, but 4 , but we could go and play with our little, so impressed with the play area. But, bring a change of clothes, it is very cool inside. Adult drinks- we , obviously did not do a lot, but the staff were very nice and the beverages as well! We had to add a couple days to our trip, they allowed us to stay without having move rooms. Beach- Beautiful! Transport- Overall, a wonderful trip!!

The property is absolutely beautiful the grounds the cleanliness the people this is our sixth stay at this resort the renovations we’re amazing we cannot thank you enough for our stay special thanks to Juan In the platinum lounge Anna who is always everywhere and the most amazing human being we’ve ever met we love you and a very special thanks to Raffey the bartender in the platinum pool he is a true genuine loving caring amazing talented bartender we would definitely go back just to see all of the above people

The property is huge, and you have to take golf court type buses to get around everywhere. There were not enough activities, and the entire staff spoke little to no English. I went to Jamaica in July, and there was adequate activities for guess. Also guests temperatures weren't checked regularly.
