Well first off the resort was too big! They had Charlie trains to pick us up but it took way too long. Then the workers on the resort barely spoke English. I felt like that resort was more towards people who speak Spanish. The food did not taste good at all. The food was terrible. I had an issue in my room with the AC stopped working I called for them to fix it. They said they were coming and they never came. I had to call again. I woke up the next day sweating. Then my toilet did not flush I called for that for someone to fix. They didn’t come till the next day because I had to make another phone call that my toilet did not flush and no one showed up. I would not recommend this resort to anyone overall I had fun because I made the best of it but as far as the resort, it’s definitely a thumbs down.
