This is my third stay at this hotel over the past 12 years. The renovation is very nice! Love the smaller size of the resort… very walkable and easy to get around. Wish there were a better system for beach/pool chairs, many were “saved” but not used for large portions of the day which kept others from enjoying them. Overall another wonderful stay. Very friendly and easy resort. Great for families too!!!

Ready for an accurate Review? First of all the property is extremely clean and beautiful full of nature, birds, turtles all over the place. The staff is extremely helpful, and the drinks are amazing. Our bartender Raysa went above and beyond to to get anything that we asked. The food was absolutely amazing and prices for a bottle of wine and even champagne was extremely reasonable, a good bottle of wine $35 and up a good bottle of champagne $30 and up. The only downside was some seaweed on the beach, the hotel tried to do their best to clean that up every day but wasn’t a lot they could do, but some for some people that might be an issue, However lots of kids and adults were in the water the whole time. I hope this was helpful
The service in the buffet was poor and it wasn't clean to much birds and flies and not much variety of food. And the rest of the hotel was okay

I enjoy most of their amenities, except, the front desk people were not very friendly, the shuttle bus within the hotel took to long some times. Workers were not too friendly, the reservation for the a la carte dinner was confusing and was not easy to find the restaurants at the establishment, there were not sings outside of each one. The seaweed was horrible, it make it hard to enjoy the morning walking.
Perfect vacation! Resort, staff, food, entertainment was excellent. The Michael Jackson show was so impressive. All the shows were. My kids had a great time. Pizza and fries approved by my picky eater. Over all would recommend this resort. Clean and truly beautiful place. The only thing that i didnt love was that the waves are a bit rough and somedays there is more the seaweed than others. But the seaweed is only there certain times of year ( so they say). Reduced menu due to the local people. Even though we payed more than the local. Staff and service was terrible at my stay. Even though I complained I didnt see any change. The service and staff was even worse after the complain. I do NOT recommend.

We recently (June 2022) spent about a week at this property with total 6 adults and 4 children (7-2 years old). We enjoyed the pools and the kids pool, as well as the beach. There was a seaweed bloom ongoing during our stay that was washing up on shore and they attempted to clean it (maybe?) during the last few days … or at least made paths to make the beach more accessible. The food was okay, I was most excited about the fruit which was minimal selection (passion fruit only available some days, usually just cantaloupe and watermelon). Reservations were all booked almost immediately as soon as we arrived for specialty restaurants. We were able to get reservations at the Brazilian steakhouse on our last night - where the food was terrible (hot dogs, ham, good chicken and bad lamb) … we ended up going to the buffet afterwards to eat. Coffee was only available in the lobby at a coffee shop, which required you to take a shuttle to it from the main hotel area. Childrens activities we’re terrible, they had a “mini disco” every night where they literally played the exact same YouTube channel kids songs every night … except one night where they just put on a Netflix movie. The hotel was relatively empty and most of the staff did not speak English, which made communication challenging. Internet access was spotty and there was staff in the hallways constantly trying to sell you stuff. Honestly, we will not be coming back to this property and I do not recommend it.
Extraordinary value. On par the best and most expensive resorts on the island for a fraction of the cost. Staff excellent. Food very good. Clean and modern design. Ample amenities. Overall great experience and much better than many of the big names resorts. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a winter getaway
You can’t get a drink. Ever. You can’t get into a restaurant because “they are all booked”. The bathroom in my unit always stinks. No one ever came to my room to clean or replace towels and toiletries, even when I called and asked them to. The people are rude and no one speaks English. They don’t care once they have your money. It was so bad I left and rented an apartment in Punta Cana for $30 a night. I learned my lesson. Don’t come to this place.

The food was the best
Some amenities were closed due to Covid, but overall it was a large beautiful hotel. The employees were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
