Firstly, they charged us additional for children when we clearly booked 2 children on our reservation. The rooms smelled like raw sewage, I had to sleep with the balcony door open to tolerate the smell. The buffet was inedible. We ate at restaurants off the resort. There were roaches in the rooms. It was by far the worst resort I’ve ever stayed in!

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful when booking restaurants. There were plenty of options for food and activities. There were Nexus staff at the resort so booking excursions was pretty simple and easy. The on site spa was also very clean and a nice experience. I would recommend guests to bring mosquito repellent as there are quite a bit here, I even got bit while in the spa. There are Royal Holiday staff at this location that will try to sell you on their service, I would recommend to be firm if you are not interested as their presentations can eat up a bit of your time.

Rooms could be updated a bit. Air conditioner was very loud, sink was spraying/broken on the tap so it was hitting my waist, shower head was hanging improperly. Staff was nice but during meals, I finished my food by the time I got water or a beverage I requested. The wifi was really bad so I had to use data and the reservations for the specific restaurants were either not working on their app or unable to book. Food was mediocre

There were no chairs available in beach, no towels, beach chairs were all broken. Tiles were broken on the walkways, tripping hazard. The food was terrible. There were no reservations available. Phones in rooms were broken. Locks on doors were broken, room flooded. Terrible!

Me and my husband just came back the stay was great there was internment every day, clean friendly staff they only complaint is that the food for example for vegetarian there was no protein options except veggies only, for sausages you won’t know if it’s pork or beef,, there were few days when we had no hot water in case you like hot shower that might be an issue.. otherwise the resort is big and great with two large pools and big pool for kids side with playground

A guy by the name of ~mackenzy. Tied to sell us time share. Even we told him we are not interested. I have many texts from him. Including promising presents. And to tell us to lie and not to go for the 90 mi utes presentation. PLUS HE LIED said in writing via what’s app that he reserved for us supper at the Brazilian restaurant at 8. We got there. No reservation made. And 2nd dinner at 8,30. I asked and met the manager the following day. She said she will look into it. But NOTHING. This was pure harassment of 2 guests. We have profs in writing on the what’s app non stop messages from this employee of the hotel. Shame on the hotel.
