What a great old historic hotel right on Whiskey Row in downtown Prescott. This place has been well kept with the appropriate upgrades to maintain its historic value. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and aware of the history of the area. The amenities were not quite up to par but that was because of the Covid issues. Overall I was very pleased and will be staying again in 2021
Well Well maintained. Ood tv channels. Bring your own pillow.
The location of the hotel and the facility in general was pleasing. Bistro food and personnel was excellent
Very noisy at night Told by the front desk that a view of Gurley street was wonderful. Never told us that the noise from the street would keep me awake until 3AM. Very uncomfortable evening since we were looking for a restful evening.
Great location. You can walk to local attractions. Nice historic property. I would prefer in room coffee and tea but coffee only is available in the lobby. Tub would not stop up so I couldn't take a bath. Also the shower head was so high I couldn't get out of the stream of water to condition my hair. The faucet in the sink was dripping.
Perfect location to see and experience what Prescott is all about and what it has to offer.
It was a historic building so enjoy the character... large staircases, creaky floors, and old fashioned elevators. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
Right on the corner of Whiskey row. Breakfast included.
The service was awesome. Kind and attentive staff. The bed was so comfortable (and I’m pretty picky). I could hear traffic outside my window on the street but I thought this was reasonable given I was in an older historic hotel. I’d stay again!
It's beautiful. I like the old style hotels. It was right in downtown which was nice also.
Great historical place. Lots of character in the old hotel. Kept up very nicely. Loud evenings on perimeter rooms Saturday Sunday you are on the famous Whiskey Row. Interior rooms quiet. Great complimentary breakfast.
