Liked: Daily housekeeping service was excellent. Not liked so much: Breakfast buffet (on first day we tried it) not well maintained at visit. Hot foods not warm, Waffle maker not usable at the time.
Check in was at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready till 4pm. Told it was the nicest room in the hotel but it was a view of cars even though there was a huge side that was a view of the valley that would have been nicer. Shower barely had any water pressure. Bathroom very outdated.
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and tranquil the hotel was. The lounge is a peaceful retreat. I would stay here again.
We enjoyed the view from our room and that it was quiet. The ambience of the hotel. Did not like the late check-in time . Very disappointing .
It was a pretty nice stay with what you would expect. Not super fancy but a good price and very nice continental breakfast with may options. It was too cold to go outside to the pool or hot tub but looked nice.
It included breakfast which was nice. What was not good was the description of the room was misrepresented online. Pictures were from years ago. The room itself was not clean. There were dust mites, sheets had stains on them, filter in the ac hadn’t been changed for awhile because when it would kick on it would smell like mildew. When the ac turned on it was like a generator was starting so we didn’t get any sleep that night. The next morning I went to take a shower and the tub hadn’t been cleaned. We checked out immediately. Will look to get a refund on the 2nd night we had scheduled

The hotel and property was absolutely beautiful. Priced very well. Rooms were clean hotel was very clean overall property was awesome!!! However, check-in was a 3 hr horrible nightmare. Their desk staff ALL NEEDS REPLACED! It wasn’t just us checking in it was every single person that walked through that door!! I have NEVER EVER had a checkin so unorganized and slow in my whole travel career. I booked our reservations right outside the door and should have never told them that because they through us at the back of the bus (sorta speak) they said they had no clean sheets and it would take 20 minutes. We sat out by the pool for over an hr and finally went back to front desk to find out what the problem was. The line was always at least 3 to 4 people deep checking in which took each person at least 10 minutes to get checked in… a 3 to 5 minute processes. Oh my gosh what an ordeal !!! When it was our turn AGAIN they said 10 minutes which turned into 30. It was unbelievable. The grey haired lady was rude and needs a class on ethics. I hope they can go through and clean out the front desk staff with more knowledgeable help because those 3 weren’t cutting it. Like I said the Hotel itself was beautiful and very eye catching, the staff not so much. !! If they’re still working plan to be in checkin for awhile !!!😡

Hello Mark - We are so sorry that your room wasn't ready by 3pm. We had two housekeepers that weren't at work this day, one with an illness and one with a family emergency. You booked a very specific room, the Deluxe Double Queen Accessible room, of which there is only one. It happens to be where it is for access to the exterior door and an accessible parking spot. We have been providing so many updates to the hotel over the past six years, we are working on the bathrooms next!

Hi Rick - Thank you for your feedback. The photos for the rooms are accurate. We realize that there is an accumulation of photos from over the years in the photo gallery for this OTA. We will check with them to see if they can take some of the older ones out. We will also check the room descriptions on their website.
