Loved the setting at the top of a mountain, with view of the valley below from our room and as we were eating in the morning. Loved the beautiful lobby, with the winding staircase and beautiful chantiliers. The beautiful piano playing on Sunday morning was marvelous.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. The rooms are nice and comfortable with a nice balcony view. Showers can be tricky to figure out but not too bad. Overall I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay

I made a last minute reservation so was not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was. It was very clean, quiet and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We're definitely staying here again as it was a great hotel at a reasonable price!

We did a 10 day vacation through the southwest that included Prescott. This was a great hotel and I definitely recommend it. It had a great complimentary breakfast and was located near downtown but not in downtown itself. The staff was good although we didn't have much interaction other than checking in and out. One of the few places we stayed where the air conditioner didn't make lots of noise. One of the best hotels we stayed at. If you're traveling to Prescott definitely stay here.

I traveled to Prescott for a business trip and booked at your hotel. Everything went as planned and had a great stay, I will definitely book with your hotel again when I'm in town

I was in town for the Independence Day celebrations, which include the World's Oldest Rodeo. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. A/C worked fine and was easily adjustable. No complaints, just one suggestion: since most people travel these days with various electronics, it would be appreciated if each room was equipped with a safe for the storage of valuables.

The hotel was quiet, clean and quaint. Not alot to do, besides swim and spa. For some reason when I looked at pictures I saw more walking paths and areas. Maybe I just didn't go far enough. Loved the balcony and view we had.

The view from our room was great! The hotel was about 4 miles away from Lynx Lake which is great for hiking/running/fishing. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Definitely worth the price.

The room needed to be updated and cleaned better. The carpet was older as were the gold fixtures in the bathroom. Dirt between the wall and the white tile, long crack in the shower stall, sloppy handyman work with caulking. The hotel owner made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The morning of check out I was called to the front desk to receive a lecture about how I was cheating the hotel out of 30 by booking online. I travel frequently for business and have not had this experience previously.

We loved staying at this hotel. The eating area for breakfast was a little small but everything else was great. Beautiful views especially from the large and inviting lobby! Staff was very helpful and polite. We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a nice area. Hotel was clean food was good and the staff friendly.

We had to stay at the last minute in Prescott and I booked them online while sitting in Starbucks. I was very impressed and loved that even on the first floor we had a balcony that had a beautiful view. I would stay there again! :)

It is not 'right near" Diwntown Prescott. You can see hotel on hill but these are no signs either direction how to get there. There is a grand stair case, as pictures in add. There are no VILLAS, which indicate privacy. NO FOREST. A dried garden with a fountain that's falling apart. No lounge as I was told. Skimpy BREAKFAST that was impossible to enjoy due to the mean lady who serves it. Hotel locked at night. Help not friendly. Night lady is dressed I In what looks like a nun's habit is actually scary. Nice pool.

Great location, quiet, clean, great little gazebo outside with grape vines. Sat outside Saturday morning and ate our free breakfast. Starbucks right up the road.

Elegant hotel with beautiful views. Having a personal balcony outside our room was an additional added amenity that we haven't experienced at many other locations. Sweet and courteous staff. We will definitely be back.

The desk manager is the person who greets, informs, and is friendly. All front desk personnel in the country should take lessons from this lady. Property is well thought out, room was great, amenities were sufficient and although we didn't have time to use the pool, the area looked inviting. Breakfast was as expected but the person overseeing the breakfast room kept everything clean and was very helpful.

The location was good being inbetween the two towns The room was clean and ready for us The beds were firm which I like but my wife did not The Amenities were average, The TVs need to be up dated. They have old 32" tube TVs Over all I would go back

The Rooms were great ... They were clean and well stocked, ready for us. The balcony was nice to have and being on the first floor you are up off the ground with the garage below. The pool and spa are out front which they remedied with lining the fence with vines but it also made a problem with the spa having a lot of leaves. The breakfast was normal for the price range, eggs sausage and a verity of breads. The location is good for being in the middle of both towns.

We were happily surprised to find a hotel so near the main highway and a new shopping center that is actually tucked away on a dead-end street in a beautiful, quiet setting. Not a chain, the hotel has a private, family feeling and is very pretty and well cared for. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed our view into the little grassy courtyard where roses will soon be blooming. The room was ordinary but very clean and pleasant and the bed was quite comfortable. Our only complaint was inadequate light for reading in bed, so bring a book light or your Kindle. The breakfast was adequate and we enjoyed eating in the truly gorgeous lobby with a glimpse of the mountains and morning sunshine. If we return for another visit to Prescott, which we really enjoyed, we will stay here again.
