This place is a gem. I loved everything about it but wished the hot tub wasn’t shut down. The weather was cooler so an evening dip in the hot tub would have been nice. The staff are so friendly and this place is just beautiful. I can’t wait to come back to AZ and stay again.

We needed to change rooms, the fireplace didn't work. There were holes in the walls. We ordered a deluxe room, but it was not as pictured online. It was very small, with a poor view.

The staff was super friendly. Everything was clean, I loved that I couldn’t hear everyone on the other side of the wall. Breakfast was good and the cook guided me when I was too tired to process all the choices! The coffee was really good too!

Excellent stay (again). Great staff and full breakfast. The lobby is a great place to sit by the fireplace and listen to good music. This is no cookie cutter hotel (but the do always offer free cookies!)

This is an older hotel with Victorian charm. It is beautful for sure! The first room they put me in there were some issues with the fridge so they just switched me rooms, no questions asked. The views were stunning, breakfast and coffee was so good! Best ive ever had at a hotel. I cant remember the kind ladies name who worked the front desk on evening shift but she was wonderfil!

This is a very nice hotel. We have been on the road for a month. We have stayed in a variety of places. The grand room in the lobby was awesome. The rooms have balconies and as a result open windows and a door. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good and was served hot. Some places do not. I am glad we found this place. One of the best we have stayed at in this price range.
