Check on was smooth - desk attendant seemed bored. Room was nice and clean -opens the windows for the mountain air! Pillows were good but the bed was just ok. No king size rooms available. I’m used to a cal-king and elbowed my wife at least once! Right across the street is a Texaco gas station with amazing bbq! The breakfast buffet was the usual and just ok.

Your staff was awesome & gave us directions & great suggestions since this was our 1st time in Prescott. Definitely will stay again with you ☺ Thanks Pam Hicks 3/7- 3/10

I stayed for six nights and was very pleased. The room was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Excellent breakfast!! Great location! Very clean and nice furniture. Room a little small and could use a comfortable chair if larger, but ok. Like having frig and microwave. Staff very helpful. Will return on next trip to Prescott.

The room was clean, quite, staff was helpful. The only thing with us was the bathroom is small and not much space on the sink counter.

The place was clean and well located. Nice fire pit for a cool evening. The free breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. They have a pool but no jacuzzi.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. Rooms were clean and employees were friendly and pleasant. However, the hair dryer did not work and the TV color was on its way out. It was apparent that functional checking of appliances was not on their checklist.

I stayed here Thanksgiving weekend and my stay was great. Average hotel but good value for money! My room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, only a short walk away from downtown area.

There was mold in the shower and the air conditioner looked like there was mold growth in it as well. However, the breakfast in the morning was good.

We made a last minute decision to spend the night in Prescott for the weekend, and booked at Quality Inn, Prescott due to its proximity to town. When the desk clerk finally ambled to the front desk in a disheveled, wrinkled manner (after tossing her cigarette in the parking lot), we knew we were in trouble. The room was nondescript, TV was old, ice-machine was loud and carpet was stained. The hair dryer burned out while using it, and when mentioned to the front desk, the answer was "they've been dropping like flies, must be a recall". After looking at the Raisin Bran and tasting the Maxwell House Coffee, we passed on the "free" breakfast. Good point-across the street from Yavapai College.

It was very easy to find, in a convenient location and clean. I also liked the grounds-good pool and cute little picnic area.

The room was much as expected. It was Frontier days week and the hotel was quite busy. The breakfast was just so-so. Our room was not quite ready when we checked in (there was a plumbing problem of some sort in the bathroom). Location was fine for most of our planned activities. Carpet seemed a bit dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but I think the previous tenants had been smoking in the room.

The room was terrible!! It looked like someone had spilled paint on the carpet, there was a cup and paper lying on the floor and one of the knobs on the shower was missing. The room was suppose to be non smoking, but had a terrible smell. They were suppose to have a swimming pool but was under construction in the middle of the summer when most people like to go swimming. Will never stay here again. Don't waste your money on this place

When we arrived to check in there was chaos in the lobby, a new manager on a weekend they over-booked due to both soccer and volleyball tournaments in the area. We checked in and went to our non-smoking room, it could only be described as non-smoking because someone must have taken the ashtrays out in the morning. We expected some noise because of the tournaments but there was a party outside our window and kids running through the hallways screaming until about 1:30AM. No response when we called the front desk. There was to be a continental breakfast served at 6:30AM, we got there at 6:50AM and they were out of food. Terrible management, terrible planning, terrible smelling room. The Quality Inn Prescott may be OK for a low end place on a normal weekend, but they have no idea of how to handle a busy weekend.

At check in, hotel staff seemed annoyed he had to work. Toilet plugged immediately. Carpets in hallway not clean and with cigarette odor. A very unpleasant place to stay.

Staff was really friendly would highley reccomend it nuce clean rooms with nice new tvs

Great staff, clean rooms, within walking distance to downtown and fairly easy vehicle access.

We arrived rather late ad were very tired. The room was clean and neat. the next day the front desk attendant was busy folding towels and had ear buds in listening to ??. I was not sure he would even acknowledge me as he had his back to the front. He did and answered my questions, however looked very unprofessional.

I didn't know that online reservations did not guarantee non smoking rooms. The first room was disgusting. So they put us in a second room and the wall air conditioner didn't work, nor did the ice machine. Our third room at 9:00 at night was perfect but by then we were done with this hotel. I got a 25% discount for the next stay but it won't be there. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were awful, except for the 3rd attempt. Finally, the online outfit I used only paid the hotel $63 but my credit card was charged for $89.92. Does this online company keep that as their fee or do they owe me $26? Was visiting a student. Location is good, close to center. There is a shuttle bus, but I like to walk. Very close to Museum, had a great time. Across from Motel is Yavapay College with a beautiful garden.
