This is a very outdated hotel. It had a weird smell and the check in was awful. One person with a long line and she had no awareness to how slow she was. I sincerely think the Motel 6 next door would have been nicer than this. Considering how much i paid, it was absolutely not worth it and i will not be back.

The people were all really friendly and did their best to be helpful. The bathroom was clean, but everything else felt a little grimy. The bed and bedding was not at all comfortable--could feel the individual springs. The enclosed dog run was kept clean and was a convenient place for my dog to run and play.

There are better options

Upon check in I was great by a barking dog behind the counter. Our room had a bad odor and we ended up asking housekeeping if they could spray it with air freshener or Lysol, which they did and it helped a little. Being tired the first evening, we didn’t notice the stain on the comforter until the following night, which we then tossed to the floor and just used the sheet. Room had some dust and the bathroom had a cotton swab left on the floor from previous visitor. So it is apparent the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. As for breakfast, it is barely continental. Nothing with protein, very limited options aside from cereal, yogurt, and waffles. I would not recommend this hotel unless there are no other options.

Our two day trip to Prescott area.

We had to have an early check-in because our dog was severely anxious with a car trip. And, check-in clerk was happy to accommodate us with our needs. She was very polite and helpful to us and our pet. The facility was extremely nice and clean!!

11 am check out!

We left our room at 8:45 am to go to Church. We returned at 10:15 am to pack up our things and check out but our keys no longer worked! Thankfully housekeeping let us into our room so we could finish packing. We were aware that check out was at 11:00 am so we knew we had plenty of time. It was just a bit inconvenient and slightly embarrassing at the moment. But all's well that ends well I suppose!
