Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Located in a pleasant part of town.

I was pleased with my room, it was clean, spacious, I slept pretty good there. The only downside there was an old water stain on ceiling, and little brown spots on the wall in the bathroom. Other than that the staff was great, helpful, I like the fact that everything was being renovated.

Property under construction. Room was left nasty after construction was done. And no vending machines or drinks. Whole building is disgusting.

The hotel looks like it was recently remodeled so we had a very nice updated looking room which we loved and had a nice stay at! The girl at the front desk (Leslie) I think her name was; was super accommodating and sweet! Definitely would come here again if I was going to be in the area.

They didn't have the room we reseeved and paid for and they didn't not advice they were under a major remodeling, it was hard to breath.

Excellent room, very nice staff. The breakfast buffet was a complete disaster - avoid at all costs. Everything was cold, stale, and/or burned. Inedible. Do not ever come to this hotel for the food.

Pros: Good location, comfortable room. Cons: breakfast staff not too helpful and courteous.

Could wish for a 2nd lateral training machine in gym.

We stayed 4 nights August 15-19, 2019. After our first night we left for the day and returned to the room mostly uncleaned. New towels replaced but not neatly. Old towels still on the floor throughout the room. Empty toilet paper rolls on the toilet paper roll holder. (But they did leave new toilet paper rolls on the sink! SMH) Sheets unchanged. Beds sheets and cover thrown over the bed but not made. Generally a mess. I expected more from a Hilton. I travel for business or pleasure at least 6 to 10 times a year for the last 2 decades and have never had room service so poorly given. I complained to the management. I wasn't asking any compensation. Just looking to inform them for their information and to ensure better service in the next days. They did offer me 2 free drinks at the bar but no one drank alcohol in our party. We left for the day after our second night and to my shock we returned to the room with the same unacceptable room service. Same mess. Same used towels on the floor. Same unchanged sheets. Totally unacceptable. We blame a bad employee for the first day. We blame bad management for the second. We again complained to the management and they asked me if I wanted them to do something about it. It is not the customer's responsibility to know how to respond to such poor performance. Obviously the management had no knowledge how to manage this kind of poor performance. And the second day they offered nothing to make amends and only a half hearted verbal apology.

Everything here is your typical Hilton except the pool area. The ceiling is dripping in one spot with a huge bubble next to it, don’t know if a pipe burst? The pool room was so hot and so muggy the windows were fogged up. There was a huge industrial type dehumidifier so they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it, which is great! The location is perfect!

This motel was convenient for our son’s lacrosse tournament. The overall experience was fine. Not too noisy & generally clean. Lots of room for improvement. Our key cards stopped working no fewer than five times. Our room was reserved for four people, we were given three towels. The fold-out sofa had dirty used sheets on it. There is nothing complimentary...not breakfast, not water, not a breath mint! The bike & one treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work. One dryer not working, $4 to do a load in the first place. The pool is very small. No bathroom fan. On the flip side, the bed was very comfortable, we slept well, staff were super friendly & responsive. The showers are good. There was a mini frig, Keurig & microwave which helps a family survive!

The property and rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was minimal considering the cost.

Quite place outside of Portland. We used it as a means to go into Portland for a vacation.

I'm so sorry that this was your view of your stay. Construction is tough, especially when it is visible to everyone. The lobby, market, restaurant and lounge have been the toughest part for our guests and our staff. I offer my deepest apologies.

It appears that we didn't meet your expectations and are looking for teachable moments for our team. Did we not have the room type (1 king or 2 queens) or the entire reservation was missing? You are correct that we opted to do lobby remodeling while the CV-19 closures are in affect. The guest rooms were completed earlier this year. Travel safely.
