Like: Location, comfort, check-in staff and bell staff are exceptional. Need improvement: Urban Farmer hosts tend to be too busy talking to each other and not so helpful. The rooms should come with a coffee maker. I don't know what makes this place a 5 star vs. a 4 star. The Mandarin is a 5 star and it's obvious. Front desk does not have cash or currency exchange.

LOVED the food and decor! The service was great and all of the staff we encountered were very helpful.

Great staff ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Beautiful hotel. Amazing helpful staff. Would love to stay again

This hotel is in a wonderful location. It within walking distance to so much. My experience with the staff was very split, in person they’re great, but over the phone they were a bit short and rude with me. The room was great though, I loved the beds and the cleaning staff was nice.

Great staff! Lodging was great and check-in was super easy.

Great stay. Very comfortable room. Convenient location.

Beautiful hotel and comfiest beds! Located right in downtown next to lots of food and shopping.

This hotel is excellent. I loved the décor and both Departure and The Urban Farmer are great places for cocktails or to dine. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the noise. We had an atrium facing room. We were on the 14th floor but the noise of the lobby and the bar from below was quite loud in the evening. If I was to book a room here again I would request a room that did not face the atrium. The staff here was excellent five stars for sure!

We loved the hotel itself for it's ambiance, GORGEOUS and unique vicinity, the workout room, cleanliness, and it's location downtown. The staff was generally very friendly. Departure and Urban Farmer are pretty awesome places within the hotel. We did have a couple issues though. Mainly- we bypassed getting room service upon arrival because we were told this would credit us $5 a day (adding up to about $15 for our trip). This isn't that much, but we figured we would get a glass of wine at Urban Farmer to use it up. The bartender was the rudest, most hostile, and unkind individual we may have ever came in contact with. It was extremely uncomfortable. To make an awful situation worse, we learned at the end of the trip that the glass of wine we went for was not comped because we weren't SPG members (yet, they didn't tell us that we had to be and still never received room service). The valet also take forever...so be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to a half hour for your car. I would say for the rate, it was not worth the cost. I have had way more pleasant experiences at other hotels at hundreds of dollars less.

Staff has very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Wonderful place to spend our Wedding night. Staff was great and made everything easy and they threw in some extras since we were newly weds. Phone didn’t work so we had to call room service from the lobby. Otherwise we had a great time

Weekend trip to a dear friend’s memorial service. She loved the Nines. Roof top bar was fun. Dinner at Departure was outstanding. Bed was incredible. Loved the ambience. 8th floor bar and lounge happy hour was great. Location was also outstanding. Took the train from And from PDX. So convenient, stop right at the hotel. Highly recommend the Nines.

Where to start? The valet at this hotel is a mess. The bellman was sarcastic and unhelpful. The rest of the experience and surroundings were just meh.

Check-in very personable and client-centered. On arrival at your room, you enter to music and lighting. Turn down service includes bottled water/chocolates and ice! All staff go out of their way to constantly improve the experience. Fusion restaurant and staff excellent. Room service very quick. Bed sooo comfortable. Short walk to almost everything downtown. Would definitely stay there on next trip.

Great location, friendly staff, top restaurants within and great view for Departure Lounge.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Fantastic staff, helpful and conscientious. Really comfy room....the Bee Kind line of shampoos smells fantastic. The Urban Farmer restaurant has the most amazing food! And their staff are wonderful and thoughtful.

1. the room is not ready when we arrived ( says ready before 4 pm and we got there 5:18) 2 checked me in with a wrong room , corrected afterward. 3 gave 60 credits and let me have some drink at the bar for their lateness. I spent 36 dollors there and still charged anyway. 4 two calls and one week have passed since check out. no replies from hotel. no updated bills. i m still being charged extra money. 5 definitely not recommended for staying for their services.
