Balcony room was noisy. Even though doors were fully closed and locked we could still smell Marijuana and other smoke in our room.had to keep the fan running most of the time to help circulate and aleviate the smell. Multiple altercations/noise during the night (sounded like fights?) Across the street in the park. Other tjan that we were happy with the property.

The room wasn't clean (hairs on floor and mold around shower). Garbage has stains and coffee maker and desk were dusty. Also requested high floor and was given floor 4. Also asked away from elevator and was placed right next to it.

Our stay at the Paramount Hotel was excellent. We were in town to watch our kids run in the Portland Marathon and 10k. The location was perfect! So many great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping options very walkable. All of the staff were friendly and most helpful with great suggestions and information. We enjoyed drinks and apps at the Swine and Moonshine Bar on our arrival. We would definitely stay at The Paramount again.

Hotel was beautiful. Clean, comfortable l, and welcoming. Staff was good overall. Only complaint was the valet parking. Was told it would be $60 but i was charged $80!
