Great staff. Location optimal for our events. Clean and well maintained.
Very new and modern! The rooms were clean and well furnished. Comfy beds and bedding, I would definitely stay here again!
Our hotel room is quite spacious. Very quiet. You can’t hear anyone walking or strollers on the hallway probably the room we got placed was near the end of the hallway. The view in our room was lovely..you can view the city lights at night and the structures in the morning. There are two options for parking: valet or self-park. I opted for valet since I’m already very sleepy. There’s a breakfast buffet in the morning and has a wide variety to choose from. Hyatt also has a marketplace inside the hotel. I love this hotel! It’s very clean and friendly staff. Will be staying here when I visit Portland again.
The hotel is nice and rooms are decent size…but more on smaller side. Definitely a newer hotel then most in the area. Nice area of Portland. Close to freeway. Only complaint is they charge for everything…including a simple request for late checkout — checking out at 1:00. They also charge for early checkin even though the room is ready. Not happy with AC. It would not get cold, instead the heater would kick in during the night…this was ver bad for my throat.
The property is in a very seedy area and the staff act like it.
They did not tell me that they served breakfast daily. For $1400 I would hope that the property would tell guests breakfast was served daily. If anything I was told there were no food options- I stayed there for a week and ran out of toilet paper. I had to ask for more multiple times. When I bought food from their market - it had visible mold on the veggies. The bar closes early and the bar tender did not know how to make a B52 or an Amaretto Sour - it was a very sour drink- no Amaretto. He googled the B52 but it was missing a liqueur. I starved each morning. Someone’s car window was broken out behind the hotel in front of the parking garage. I had a difficult time getting my ticket to work in the parking garage each day. I usually love Hyatt Regency & was excited to find one in Portland Or but this experience left me so disappointed. I would be willing to give them another chance but not for top dollar. I would rather pay more at a hotel that doesn’t forget to tell you about the hotel’s amenities.
Nice experience.
Clean and safe within the property.
It’s clean.. not enough room for 2 queen beds and I don’t like not having a microwave inside the hotel and pay $40 if you request one
I
It was very clean and tidied up.
The set up of the hotel was different. I didn't like the fact i wasn't able to get fresh face towels daily though.
Overall good
The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. Shoutout to Jessica who really took the time to help us print our boarding passes!
AC and fan in the room did not work, was up sweating all night, also phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk.
This place was perfect! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were large and immaculate, and it was conveniently located to the convention center. We will definitely be back!
Brand new place, best place I've ever stayed for the price, which probably won't be low for much longer. Only complaint was with restaurant. Ate breakfast there and order was wrong and coffee wasn't hot. Wait staff was pleasant. I thought $27 for a breakfast buffet was exorbitant.
