Had a wonderful one-night stay at this cute retro hotel. Front desk staff super friendly & helpful. Terrific amenities especially the jacuzzi & tea/coffee bar. I really appreciated their eco-awareness using mugs and glassware instead of disposables. Sparkling clean room, comfortable beds, fluffy towels. All at a budget friendly price!

Very nice day overall however, the beds are extremely uncomfortable did didn’t get the best night sleep but the hotel is very nice. The staff extremely friendly and it was very clean.

We love this little hotel. It is affordable, clean, the staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is great and location is awesome, easy walk to downtown with Safeway next doot. The hot tub is nice and hot, the only thing would make it better if the pool was a bit warmer. Other then that it was our second stay here and we would definitely come back again.

Breakfast and breakfast staff, pool saved the days. Front desk day staff were disappointing. Room 326 shower had been dyed with henna so it looked like a murder scene. My girls were afraid of it and wouldn’t use it even though it was just gross but not really blood. When I asked if it could be remedied I was told house keeping only uses natural citrus cleaners and it was not possible to clean and it had been this way for the last two years and when they remodel in future years they will take care of it! So the room was nice, location great but a shower that looks like helter skelter crime scene spoils it. Especially since as a property manager I have successfully remediated two homes baths with hair dye stains from henna. Owners should be embarrassed with house keeping, front desk and fix this issue. Within an hour they could have only positive reviews rather than exposing several families a week to a hemorrhaging shower.

Clean room and friendly staff. We have stayed here when driving from the Bay Area to Portland, a nice pit stop during a long drive. Also great proximity to Downtown Ashland as we always enjoy checking out the local shops and restaurants during our stay.
