EVEN is one of our family pitstops on our way to family get-togethers in Seattle. We love the vibe, the easy parking, and the ping pong table. Also great that I can keep up with my gym workouts with the equipment in the room.

Clean, modern, comfy. It even had an exercise area in the room with a yoga ball, resistance bands, yoga mat & block and sanitizing wipes! The shower was really nice… couldn’t get the handheld sprayer feature to work but was amazed it was even an option!

We stayed with our dog and went to a show and left her in her crate in the room. They called us in the middle of our show and told us our dog had been barking for an hour. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels with our dog and she does not bark. We got back after having to leave the show early and she was indeed not barking. The front desk said they didn’t even verify she had been barking before calling and ruining our trip.

The shower door did not close all the way so I had to hold it close or it would get the bathroom floor wet. On the last night I could hear the occupants above me and to the side who were having, what sounded like a party, until the wee hours of the morning. I also wouldn't recommend a room near the elevator. You’ll be able to hear the bell throughout the night. On the positive, the staff is very nice. I love the yoga equipment in the room. And love the location.

This is a great hotel. They only lost one star because the coffee situation is just sad. No one wants powdered creamer with watered down kuerig cups in the morning or to run down a long hallway in sleepwear to get water ( none on the room) from a temperamental water machine to make a cup of watered down flavorless coffee. All this money on exercise gear in each room but neglecting the basics.
