This house was exactly as it appears in the listing. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Very close to the UofOregon campus. We had no issue getting around Eugene, even on gameday against Indiana, with ESPN Gameday in town. There were 8 grown men in our group (reunion) and it was very comfortable for that number. Everyone got their own bed. We have zero complaints about this place and highly recommend it.

Unrealistic expectations.

Renter said house was locked in disaster, which is completely untrue. Sent me three pictures of some stains around the toilet when she was Syd was puked, which it was not. It was something different. And he, he explained that to be excessive disrespect for the home so if you’re going to stay there, be sure you mind every PNQ and clean up every droplet of everything

The house was great for 3 families. The ping pong table in the garage was fun for the teens. Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. About 10 minutes from the U of O campus.

We had a large party of family for my son’s memorial , it went very well . Just was very accommodating and responsive. Home was clean and perfect ! Only thing I would add is more towels as there was barely enough for the 12 that were staying . Everything else was perfect! Space clean , nice and perfect!

Home is beautiful

Home is beautiful. Most renters might not have an issue with this, but I did it was a little uncomfortable for me there was no blinds or window coverings at all downstairs. When we arrived the first night it was late about 10:30p.m. we sat down to eat a very late dinner the neighbor in front of us came out walked to the end of his driveway and strangely stared at us for a long while other than that the service was awesome.
