Cool new hotel. Great breakfast. Only downside is that the shower head was installed way to high and the soap/shampoo holders are in a squeeze bottle and hard to activate if you have any hand problems.
The staff was great and very helpful. Our rooms were clean and nice. The location is ok. It is close to downtown Eugene and a nice bike/walking path next to the Willamette River, but it is located in a heavy industrial zone. Overall, a great stay.

It was clean and close fairly close to campus. Had some fun things to do in the lobby (billiards, games) and a basic but simple breakfast.
Rented two rooms, one room had bugs stuck to the ceiling and walls. Shower still had hair in the drain . So was the room cleaned? They had no other rooms so they came and spayed for bugs. The other room during the night flying bugs came in from no where. Had to turn on bathroom light to attach the bugs. So we could try and sleep . Even video taped it to show the front desk there was so many . They ended up moving us to two other rooms . Front desk was very helpful. But no one slept the first night!

We were very surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! It looks brand new. Also, Alex at the front desk made our stay 10 times better. We appreciate her willingness to work with us in times of desperate need.
Nice place to stay, friendly staff. Will stay here again on future visits to Eugene.
The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Lots of open storage. Felt like a Modern European hotel. Our only issue was noise from the neighbor above us playin music till after 3am then again at 6am. The front desk asked them to stop which they did for 10 min and started again. Not the hotel's fault at all. But worth knowing for a busy weekend. You could hear the traffic from the nearby highway.

Are rooms are purposely designed without closets but there are several areas to hang clothes and store luggage. TRUly unique.
