I stay in hotels all the time and this one was average at best. First hotel in years that didn't recognize my Marriott status by either a snack or points or something (I think they just forgot). Then I was irritated that the sofa bed wasn't made. They knew there were five people staying in the room so obviously someone had to sleep on the sofa bed. The water pressure was really low so it was hard to take a shower. Also, at breakfast the milk for the cereal was warm. On a positive note, the fire pit was lovely and my daughter and I had a great time sitting outside and reading.

Good location and spacious room on the third floor. Parking was easy and included. Breakfast was just fine and included too. Overall it was a decent Residence Inn and you ultimately get what you pay for here.

We had a queen one-bedroom for 2 nights (couple and baby.) Hotel staff went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great spot, right across from a local park with lots of interesting and beautiful sights, trees, flowers, plants, and the river walk. Good food options at breakfast. I've been to many a Residence Inn and this ranks at the top!

Having a daughter at UO, we travel to Eugene numerous times a year. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the front desk always very pleasant, professional and helpful. When I was stranded during the ice storm in January, the staff made sure I had a room and kept me updated about road conditions. There was one instance of guest smoking in a room nearby, and the staff addressed it immediately, and also brought a fan to our room. We have stayed in just about every type of room available, and some can be noisier than others depending on the location. To me, the staff is what makes this hotel great.

I stay at residence inns all the time and in fact burned 30,000 points to stay here. The location is near a highway and our room was very close and we heard traffic all night. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was average and below normal standards with just the basics. Kudos to staff for placing us near the laundry as the main reason we stayed here was laundry facilities halfway through our trip, worked out well.

Rooms ok. Regular bed ok, roo away horrible. Sent everyone to be at about 10 from patio area not just pool. It was a weekend. The music down the street was louder. The elevator is EXTREMELY slow. The room keys work sometimes. Workers were friendly enough. No ice machine unless you go to the front desk.

We had a two-bedroom suite. It was wonderful. Separate room and bath for offspring traveling with us. Very close to University of Oregon campus. Across the street from a greenway trail, and Pre's Trail was close as well, being close to OU. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds.

I'm surprised this hotel doesn't have higher ratings on TripAdvisor. We had an absolutely perfect stay here. We arrived 2 hours earlier than check-in time, but were able to check in anyway to a spacious room with full kitchen, breakfast table, living area, and king bed. The room had 4 windows which actually opened a little bit, so we could get fresh air in the evening. Breakfast was surprisingly good: sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and lots of bread and cereal choices. Its location was ideal for us: right next to the river path (we brought our bikes on the back of our car and spent a lovely day biking up and down the river and around the many parks), and it's also walking distance to our new favorite restaurant (Rye) across the river.

Stayed 2 nights at this very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful since the temperature outside was 100 degrees The. Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of choices The hotel is in a good location

I stayed here for 1 night with my husband and 2 teens in a 2 bedroom suite. The decor in the rooms was a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit loud when it turned on which was fine for me (it was like white noise for me, but I can see how it might bother others). The staff were all friendly and helpful.
