Walk to Olympic Trials at Hayward Field U of O

1929 family home just 5 blocks from Olympic Trials at Hayward Field at the University of Oregon. Two-story home in a leafy university neighborhood near several parks including Hendrix Park and Pre's Rock. Fully stocked kitchen because we live here most of the year. Foosball table, flat screen tv, PS3, wifi. Two off-street parking spaces.
Dine outside on the shaded patio. Lovely garden where you can sample fresh homegrown peas, strawberries and raspberries. Big kid swing set and fenced yard perfect for your children.
Walk to local restaurants, Eugene's favorite ice cream, markets and of course, the U of O. Rabbit friendly house (although they will be in a pen outside during your stay and you will not be responsible for them) but not for those with severe allergies.

Cute spot in great location.

My husband and I stayed one night here to check out Eugene. It’s a spacious, well stocked and fully furnished home. Not too fancy, but comfortable all the same. We loved the deck with flowers in the garden below. The location was great. A 10 minute walk to a yummy ice cream spot, restaurants and a patisserie and a few minutes drive from downtown.
