The photos on the internet don't share the whole picture. This is an old place with obvious signs of use: cracked tile, stained carpet, etc.

The room was horribly outdated. It smelled like animals even though I had to sign a waver that I would be charged if I had animals. I will not stay here again.

Noisy at night. Close to everything. Good enough for a quick stay to rest before heading back on the road.

we were there 2 nights and the staff did not clean the room. The room was part of a suite and was a weird shape and the bed needed replacement.

Th facility was OK, you get what you pay for. The staff was underwhelming in its service. An example: I mentioned at the front desk that the light bulb for the heated lamp in the bathroom was out and the response was "oh, we're out of those." Really? There is a Target less than 2 miles away. In addition, the cleanup crew left full garbage bags in the room daily.

Basically needed a place to sleep while visiting relatives.Continental breakfast and spa tub seemed a plus when choosing. Check in was fine with the evening clerk being a delight. Went to use the spa tub which has 8 ft iron gate around whole 12 ft sq area needing a separate key perhaps to keep out the homeless seen all over. Breakfast choices consisted of waffles, toast, muffins or danish.

It was casual, I stayed in Eugene for a week, I was there to view the college. My room was clean every time I got back from being out all day. Free basic cable, free wifi. My flight was a little later than my checkout time so I called the from desk and they gave me a later checkout time.

Staff is super nice. Hot brewed Starbucks coffee always available! Workout equipment is outdated and limited. Hot tub was nice but a pool would of been prefered. Walking distance to downtown & convievence stores was perfect. Rooms were clean and confortable, in-room frig was a plus due to our lengthy stay but nothing to be excited about. A nice nighttime view of the trees with lights. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The rooms are comfortable & extremely clean. Walls are a little thin - very friendly staff. Extremely convenient location!

Stayed at this hotel while attending graduation cermony at *UofO". Clean and spacious room for the price. A good find.

My son and I stayed here while checking out U of O. Great location -- walking distance from downtown restaurants, and a doable walk to the campus. Friendly staff, comfortable enough room -- and a hot tub! I would stay here again.

Clean, well stocked with towels and such. About 15 minutes walk from campus. Near lots of food (Tho note that the Original Pancake House runs $30 for a decent breakfast for 2!). The staff was helpful, the morning breakfast was plentiful (tho mostly breads/bagels/muffins and apples). The rooms have a great combo sink in the bathroom, plus sink outside (vanity style), so 2 can get ready easily in the morning.

Can't go wrong with the location, and great for visiting the University.

While my son stayed @ the U of O dorm I stayed at the Campus Inn. During the day I was also at the camp watching him perform. The room had a king size bed, which was comfortable, but it took up so much of the room that getting around was awkward. If my son stayed with me, there would have been too many people. Although there was a computer for guest use, there was no printer and I went to Staples to print my Southwest boarding passes. This was inconvenient. I worked out twice in the "fitness area" on the only treadmill and there was no tv to help pass the time. Fortunately I was the only one doing cardio; there were 2 universal weight machines. It is the prototypical motel where you park in front of your room or nearby. The people are nice, the air conditioners were noisy, and the complimentary breakfast was "on the go" as there was no seating area. Don't expect a lot but it is adequate for basic needs.

Front desk service is very good. But the room had strong odor. We told the front desk and she changed the room. But the second room had the same type of odor, very strong. So we didn't change and just stayed in the first room. We had hard time to fall into sleep because of the odor.

after check-in,our card keys wouldn't work. it took four tries by the clerk to reprogram them to get it right. probably a software glitch.they were very apologetic and gracious about it and made sure we were ok.

When we arrived there were not enough towels or washcloths. Also there was no shampoo/conditioner. We also wish they had told us about the trains that travel near the hotel and blow their whistle.

The room was very clean and comfrtable. The motel provided a continental breakfast which was very good. The location was close to campus and was surrounded by several restaurants and close to downtown.

considering what i paid per night, it more than met expectations: clean room, decent bed, two sinks (one in bathroom, another by closet), walking distance from shops and restaurants, free breakfast, and free parking!
