Lovely home in prime South Eugene location by Tugman Park, well cared for and maintained, covered front porch, fully fenced large back yard (10,018 sq ft property) with new covered Trex deck, nicely landscaped stone pathways, raised garden beds. Interior of the home exudes character and charm: wood floors, one bedroom has private access to back deck, organic mattresses, extra sofa bed, washer & dryer, lovely/modern kitchen. Ecofriendly. Only non-toxic products used for cleaning.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi.
