The grounds were beautifully maintained.

Beautiful gardens impeccably kept up. Friendly staff, and very clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent! Lovely stay and I hope to go back.

Very cute cottage style house with individual rooms for stay. Each room is slightly different, very charming and perfect for a night’s stay. Had to leave before breakfast but overall friendly staff and nice place. Only drawback was the location was a bit hard to find but nothing too bad! Would definitely recommend

Really nice location to the 5th Street Market Fabulous breakfast. Very good value

The property and staff were great, the close proximity to attractions was excellent as well. I would highly recommend the Inn.

I love this place! It has character and personality. It's not a run-of-the-mill plasticated duplicated typical hotel/motel. It's interesting and memorable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is made to order and delicious. Also, it's a great place to have your family or friends visit you, for a change of pace. I go to Eugene to visit family. The last time I stayed, we had a large family breakfast there, and everyone had a good time. The room I stayed in had great lighting, which is unusual for a hotel room. I could have it as bright as I needed. This particular room is in a dormer, and it's very small, so I wouldn't recommend it for more than one person. But for me, it was great. Criticism: When I checked in the toiletries in the bathroom had not been checked or replaced. There were two little bottles of shampoo with caps missing, and they were dripping into the shower stall. This made me wonder if the whole shower may not have been addressed between guests. I had to ask for a bar soap, and new shampoo. The two layers of the shower curtain are worn, and could use replacement. Also I suggest a "soft" plastic or cloth lining to replace the stiff hard plastic shower lining. The stiff plastic lining was difficult to adjust in the small shower space, so it was hard to keep it from letting the water out, and/or from touching me as I showered. These are not big things, and I intend to stay at this hotel the next time I visit. I recommend it!

A cluster of historic houses converted to a lovely B& B on the slope of Skinners Butte, steps from downtown Eugene. Excellent breakfasts and comfortable, attractive rooms.

Me and the BF booked this beautiful B&B last minute during a road trip thru Oregon. We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. Each room is decorated differently and you can tell the amount of thought that has been put into each room. When we visit Eugene OR we will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful building on well maintained setting within walking distance to local parks, good restaurants downtown and the train station. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The grounds are very well manicured and the staff is amazing.they provide a 2 course breakfast every morning. I will definitely stay there again!!!

One of the oldest houses in Eugene from the timber baron era. Very nicely adapted to a bed and breakfast. Quaint, cozy.

Beautiful, quaint, peaceful, just what we were looking for.

Beautiful landscaping and cozy places to sit outdoors

The breakfasts that were served were amazing. When we checked out they wanted us to come back.
