It is clean, obviously newly updated, and housekeeping emptied trash and brought fresh towels if we needed them without us even having to ask. It is very basic motel, no pool or continental breakfast or the usual amenities but for a good home base for a visit with family it was perfect. Due to allergies, I'm glad it is no pets allowed.

The Downtown Inn was in an excellent location for our trip to Eugene. It was easy on and off the freeway and within walking distance to downtown and the college. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. They service a nice continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Stayed 1 night for a concert nearby, the room was clean enough, though sheet was stained. My only downside is that it was way too loud from traffic and trains around, terrible nights sleep.

Henry, the owner is fantastic, friendly and helpful. He even researched fire conditions to help us on our journey. Room was very clean and has nice touches like new paint, thick towels and some new countertops. Would define stay here again.
