A protein for breakfast would have been nice, even if it is hard boiled eggs. Otherwise it was nice.
Stayed here one night for the Oregon/Fresno State game, everything was fine. Check in was easy, room was clean and good temperature. Free WIFI worked, too. Location was perfect for us because we took Amtrak and this hotel is just a few blocks away from the train station. They also held our bags there after checking out since we were headed to the game.
Room was clean, linen was clean, beds were super comfortable, not hard not soft, just right. Not many if any fast food places nearby. Overall very pleasant motel, would recommend.....
The hotel manager was very rude. Talked like I should have known there was a &250 deposit? In all honesty who can afford that during COVID
Room service was really nice people, I think it could be better receptionist service since I ask if they have extra coffe and they didn’t provide also is good that they are pet friendly with an extra fee I told the receptionist that the puppy was going to stay for short time because he was going to be pick up the day and they still charge me the whole day. Overall was good to stay near stores, no breakfast because of COVID, maybe if staff would of be more friendly I will of give a good review.

The deposit is clearly listed when you book at 100-150$. When I showed up there, the manager told me that he requires a 250$ deposit for the room. When I told him the website shows different, he proceeded to tell me “you’re the first one that has ever read that”

Love this hotel but found the room 204 to be dirty. Dust everywhere bathroom Toilet not clean either. Have always loved staying at this place hoping it is just that room or maybe cleaner had an off day? In any case still recommend but Leary if cleanliness

Check-in was easy and staff was nice. The rooms were clean but really small. Also, the rooms were quite noisy from outside traffic and neighbors. Lastly, the breakfast was very disappointing...or should I say non-existent. We paid more for this hotel with the assumption we would get at least some warm foods but it turned out to be a some pre-packaged rolls, small plain bagels and some fruit. Very misleading.
It was our just one night journey break at Eugene, but with our pleasant surprise we had great experience at Courtesy Inn. The room was so clean and seemed like recently renovated. Overall facility was also vey neat and clean. The bed was quite comfortable, the person at reception was very welcoming. She suggested us a restaurant around and we liked it a lot particularly being a vegetarian. Though we have not visited any locations around but seemed like hotel has situated at great location and very nearby free access. This hotel was definitely my first preference for my future visit to this area.
This hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay there again if in the Eugene area!
Convenient location, easy-to-use keycards. Limited continental breakfast. No dry cereal, just mini bagels and pastries. Being Gluten-Free, I was hoping for some cheerios or corn flakes, or even oatmeal (my stomach can survive the small amount of wheat flour in Quaker Oats). I sufficed with a banana and slurped down a packet of cream cheese. Manager-in-training helped me for over an hour to dig my cheap rental car out of the snow though. Very generous of him.
