Staff is rude, unsympathetic, could care less about customer, and added fees beyond orbitz.

What I did not like was the breakfast time. It was from 7 to 9 in the morning. Most of the travelers they wake up late and by the time you’re awake the breakfast time is gone. The breakfast did not have much, only two types of cereals with coffee with milk, tea and toast.

Very nice staff, and an amazing room. My Girlfriend and I had a comfortable stay!

It was updated and the cleanest rooms I've been in for a long time.

The thermostat would not change temperature and the room was really hot all night. I stayed in a pet friendly room, and found a flea on my rabbit. The faucet in the bathroom was barely a trickle when on. There was no holder for the toilet paper.

I didnt stay yet they charged me. Not staying does not give them the right to charhe someone.

Clean, good bed, good heating/cooling. Friendly staff. Good location. Good cable TV. In my room location, Internet was poor/slow. Other parts of the hotel it is much better. Make sure of that before you settle in if having fast Internet is a must for you. I will definitely stay here again.

The room had an awful Odor. It smelled like urine. The restroom and mold along the door due to the door be soaked multiple times from being so close to the shower. And along the wall on the outside of the restroom is the same way.

Very small room, not enough room for the table. Queen bed was the size of double bed . Very minimal amenities, not even a box of tissue in the room. Breakfast is minimal, the batter for waffle was too little to cover the maker. No fruits or yogurts either.

For the money and location I have stayed here numerous times. Staff is helpful and very kind.

Big gaps in the shower surround. Bed was very small and uncomfortable. I thought I was getting a queen bed but it was a full. Continental breakfast was bad, cold coffee and fruit loops. No creamer or lids available for the coffee.

Hello Christina, You made a reservation for the wrong date and wanted to check in at 4:30 AM. Unfortunately we had other guests staying the rooms and the check out time is 11 AM and out check in time is 2 PM so we were unable to check you in at 4:30 AM. The check in time and check out time are listed when you make the reservations. Also, the fees you mentioned in this review is listed on the website under the fees section that clearly says we require ID and a credit card for $100 refundable deposit. We are sorry things did not go your way. We would have help you if there was a possibility. Hope you have a great day !!

The reservation policy listed on your reservation says there is a one night charge as a penalty for a no show or cancel on the day of arrival. If this is not the case please call the hotel directly so we can look up the reservation under your name and see what the charge was for.
