The room was nice enough and the staff were all pleasant, but I barely got any sleep because I could hear doors opening and closing loudly all night. It seems like they need better sound proofing or something because I don't usually notice the sound of other doors opening and closing when I stay in a hotel, but it was very noticeable for my stay at the Phoenix

A pleasant hotel. Great front desk team, nice room, decent breakfast. Was perfect for an overnight stay, but I could see it being good for a short business stay too.

It was one of he best places we have stayed at in Eugene.

Staff very friendly, quick response to my only complaint regarding the toilet not flushing. Comfortable bed, spacious room, great breakfast options, convenient location and parking.

great location, friend front desk. Close to downtown, don’t need to rent the car.

Comfy clean room. Walk to Starbucks, restaurants, U of O. Quiet with small river behind it. Nice breakfast. Lots of pillows and nice bed.

The staff was really nice and helpful and it's super close to the U of O, which I needed. However, for the price, I was really surprised that all you got in the room was a bar of soap. No lotion, no conditioner, which I don't usually bring for a one-night stay in a hotel that charges over $100/night. And while I appreciate that they had complimenary toiletries at the front desk, I didn't appreciate the inconvenience of having to get dressed and go down four floors just for a tiny bottle of lotion, so I went without.

Pretty good value for the price. Friendly staff, free daily breakfast. Good location near U of O campus.

Love that it's close to U of O and neighboring facilities. Great breakfast and love the cookies in the evening!

We stopped at this hotel on our way to Portland. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and breakfast. My kids loved the pool and it was just what they needed after being on the road for 10 hours! The hotel was pleasant and the staff was great. Although you could hear the train from our room, it didn't bother us since we were so tired. My kids loved the breakfast and my husband loved the coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to the Elk and Horn Brewery and lots of other good places to gather and eat. We stayed overnight for an early flight out of EUG the next morning. Very convenient.

Nice hotel. It was really close to campus, so we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms are bigger than average. The hotel staff is very accommodating.

We loved this hotel. The staff was fun while checking us in. The room was very clean and didn't smell old or dirty. the bed was comfortable and the noise was minimal. The morning staff was very friendly and made light conversation which was nice. We will stay again.

Very pleasant. Close to the university. Breakfast and amenities are a plus

The last time I stayed here it was amazing. This time the staff was not friendly and the air conditioner did NOT work. Very disappointing when I know you can do better!!

This one surpassed them all by far. Indoor heated pool, delicious hot buffet breakfast, huge bathtub, everything looked/smelled brand new, super friendly staff, everything super clean, powerful air conditioned room, huge beds, flat screen tv with all the channels, fridge, iron/board, coffee maker, toiletries, loads of towels, completely satisfied, excellent value for everything you get. None like it for the price in the whole area and surrounding areas. Thank you. It was a pleasure!!!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price. Well cared for, nice large room and very nice view of the mill-race outside our window. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Desk staff was very nice and helpful every time we had a question.

Convenient to UO campus , lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance , nice breakfast , friendly and accommodating staff.

Trains stopped coming through around 10 so not bad. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was super clean. Breakfast was sufficient except for the turkey sausage but they provided everything else. Would stay there again if we were traveling that way in the future!

4th time at this hotel. Great location. Staff is very professional. King room is really large. Bfast is pretty good.
