The location was great, surrounding restaurants and shops. What didnt like too much is there was Not enough info from front desk. For example, a greeting of where is the pool, what time was breakfast served, it was a bit odd when we arrived. Said hello, next thing was keys and good bye not the best customer service from the gal as we arrived
It was pretty clean and not bad. But they dont clean thr room and don't make the bed at All if you don't tip enough!!!
Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. Friendly staff, spotless and impeccably clean rooms and hotel. The lobby location in the hotel was a little confusing because when you enter from ground level, you'll have to go to the 3rd or 4th floor to be greeted by someone at the lobby. Parking was free and convenient and inside the garage. Rooms were up to date, clean, and comfy beds. Overall, this hotel was wonderful!
