Staff was rude, entitled and lacked any consideration for the guests as if it was all about them…also, noise creeps through all the rooms as room walls don’t connect with ceiling leaving 2” gap. I will never stay here.

We really enjoyed our time at the Moxy. We came in to Portland to attend a concert at the Crystal Ball room. The Moxy is very close to the concert hall and it's easy to walk to and from. There is a parking lot next to the Moxy where you can park overnight for 35 dollars and that was handy. It's very hip and modern. We enjoyed getting takeout from both restaurants on site. There is a bar on the bottom level with cool artwork you can purchase and photo booths. The floors in the rooms are not carpeted which was fine for us. We liked they had a little fridge in the room and a sound machine to block out any outside city noise. It was functional and met our needs for our visit.

This property was so fun to stay at, they had restaurants available in the lobby and games that you could take up to your room. Even with a kiddo it was such a fun experience and they had dancing and fun activities at the bar. The best part was that everything was within walking distance of the hotel! Transportation, food, shopping, etc. a wonderful property, stay and experience!
