Stayed in a studio corner room and it was very clean and very spacious. Furniture and decor looked like it was newer. Also super quiet, I couldn’t hear any noises from other rooms or the hall. There’s a grocery store right across the street for any extra snack needs, as well as a sushi restaurant in the building that was superb. Check in and valet were both very helpful and polite.

People were amazing. The gentleman handling the front desk in the evening was friendly and on the second meeting remembered my name and used it. Alex, who was working the Valet Reception desk was friendly, professional, and a delight to chat with. The valet on Saturday morning was also super. (She appreciated driving our manual transmission car. For some, that would have been a huge issue.) It has been a minute since I have received customer care that was superb in every instance. The Hampton on this stay hit that mark.

Pool was perfect for kids. 4ft 10in at the deepest. Good Asian restaurant in lobby area. Changes the breakfast a little every day. Room service came and fixed the beds everyday and took our trash out. Great for having 2 toddlers. Within walking distance of a few things but not a far drive from the freeway. Didn't use valet and parked on the street and it worked out for me.

Everyone was super friendly. The pool was very murky and dirty. Seemed like the filter wasn’t working, and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We all broke out into a rash, after swimming. They also placed a $100 hold on our card, which we were not expecting. No microwave in rooms.

The valet crew dented my car with their white garage door and I paid $48 per day for two weeks. I often found puddles of pool water in the elevators and I was stuck on the elevator one day. I had to notify the front desk multiple times to have them make my bed every two days and clean the room.
