My shower gel soap wasn’t refilled. The hotel needs to have only Adults hours for the pool and the gym. Too many kids at the pool and the gym at all times. Unfortunately, I will not stay again.

Overall average stay - The facility is safe and friendly. The room was not cleaned sufficiently. There was a swab on the floor behind a garbage can and the entry floor area was sticky with debris all over. Possibly just an oversight as I was allowed to check in early.

While the room offered generous size and space, the air co ditionee roared so loudly, even on low, that we couldn’t use it, making for a hot, stuffy night. And the amount of trash was unbelievable! Plastic water bottles offered to guests, when tap water was clean and tasty. Breakfast plates, bowls and utensils all plastic and placed in garbage with no chance to recycle or compost. This hotel is so far behind the times, we won’t return.

Staff were fantastic! Very friendly and sweet. Pool amenities were out of order due to a problem out of their hands but staff were amazing about helping out. Felt safe and everything was very clean. Would definitely return!

My group and I had several rooms and check ins, the staff at the front desk and valet were very welcoming and kind. The rooms were clean except for mine with the shower some dark stains in the shower from missed scrubbing I assume between visits. Everything else was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options.

My girlfriend and I had never been to Portland before. We loved that the staff had put together a brochure of recommendations for food! That was one of the draws for us to visit. The staff themselves were extremely pleasant and helpful. We plan on visiting Portland again in the future and already know the perfect place to stay.
