The hotel was fine. The only issue I had was the $55 per room incidentals charge that I never got refunded.

The room was very clean and it was centrally located very nice property. Service was terrible. The college age receptionists were politely unhelpful and seemed distracted. They smiled but didn't ever do what we requested and it was like pulling teeth to get help for anything. They couldn't call the valet and they couldn't provide us a receipt for our stay, in answer to simple questions they gave blank faces as if they didn't understand English. Honestly we probably will not return simply due to the poor service.

We had trouble with noisy neighbors. They had to call security to make them quiet down at 12:30 in the middle of the night. When we asked them to quiet down they said “maybe later.” After we called the front desk and they had security talk to them, they were quiet at 1:00 am. We didn’t sleep.

We stayed in the Duniway, which is across the street from the main hilton. The duniway is the more upscale property and not as much of a convention center feel, which we appreciate. It is very pleasant with an old world feel and modern aesthetic

Very centrally located, close to the MAX rail line, many restaurants nearby, very good staff.

There was a good vibe and tempo to the lobby. The modern appointments made it lively while the use of the indigenous resources such as wood for their lobby tables balanced things out and kept the hotel authentic to its location.

Super clean hotel. I would stay at this hotel again if needed.

Check in was fast and professional; great service, comfortable bed.

Hotel is reasonably priced and in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff and great views.

The rooms were small and didn't see very clean, but the staff was very friendly.

I expect a decent night's sleep from a Hilton hotel, but unfortunately for me, I got one of the worst hotel beds ever! Woke up throughout the night, at one point my husband and I ended up turning to sleep across the mattress the other way to see if that was any better. I woke up with horrible neck and pain, couldn't turn my head.

Nice update to an older hotel- I was surprised at the modern style of the room. Ghada checked us in and was very efficient and friendly. Our thermostat did not seem to work, and the bed was just okay, but all in all a very good value, and the best location for shopping, theater, and restaurants.

Went to see the eclipse. Portland is very nice town. There are two different Hilton's that are managed as one. Confusing as we did not know which wad ours.

Great central downtown location only two blocks from the Max Train from the airport. Staff check in was perfect. I took care of business while my wife talked to the concierge about where to go. We go a room #701, which was right next to the elevators. Worried about the elevator travel noise for a few minutes...never heard a peep. Giant tv, completely upgraded and spotless room. Spacious shower. Perfect for a couple on a weekend exploration.
