The hotel was in good condition. Well equipped, comfortable, and properly furnished for a courtyard property. The location was close to various dining and transportation options. Unfortunately there were a ton of people loitering on the streets near the hotel and engaged in drug use.

Valet parking charge is more expensive and next door you can park for significantly less. When you book with family they will not provide rooms together or in same floor and have all excuses including the one where they say they are very busy hotel in town.

The hotel is well located for mass transit. The staff tries hard but I am still waiting for a refund for the breakfasts I purchased. The cafe has terrible service. I also am disappointed that we stayed 6 nights and they only cleaned once. We did ask for a cleaning.

Centrally located in downtown, easy access to public transportation and freeway access. Comfortable rooms on site restaurant along with so many food options nearby, don't miss the food truck plaza on 5th, so many choices. No complaints about this property.

The area is fairly rough, full of homeless and drunk and drugged out people. The parking situation is ridiculous as forced $50 per night valet is the only option. We left after 8 hours and found another hotel
