Homeless people, open drug use and litter all around. Felt unsafe.

Great location, very helpful staff, room was excellent. Parking is expensive but there isn’t safe street parking in the area.

Staff stood out as super friendly and helpful with recommendations and information about the city. Valet parking in the building is kind of pricey ($45 a night) but we found street parking (enforced 8am to 7pm) and made sure the meter was fed at the right times saving us $39.

Very comfortable and pet friendly. We enjoyed how everything was easy and stress free in regards to booking and even deciding to extend our trip.

Disliked $45/night valet. Didn't use any other services. Card reader went down in the middle of the night and wouldn't work again

Clean and comfortable! The staff was great and helpful!

Perfect location! Bummer no parking. Quick and easy check in!

Loved the breakfast served by the restaurant but did not like the lines or having to wait for seating. Did not like the over priced valet parking - $45/day is a bit too much especially considering they recommended we park around the corner for just $25 per day.

Great location in the middle of town, right on bus line. The room was small - the age of the original building doesn't allow for big spacious rooms I think. The shower was disgusingly dirty. Soap scum dried on the base that I could write "Wash me" in. Mold around base. This was brought up with management and hopefully has been addressed. The attached restaurant was really good and make a great martini.

Don’t go north of voodoo donuts. There’s a large amount of sad homelessness right by this hotel towards Burnside. It was a huge shock to us as it was the first place we walked. The rest of the 10 days in other hotels were all in nice areas. Also, don’t use the Hertz on Pine. They are awful!

friendly staff, good location. breakfast available next door was nice too.

Convient location. However, definitely overpriced for what you get. Room for 4 people did not have enough towels. There was hair stuck to the wall in the shower when we got there. The biggest issue is that there is no parking for this hotel. We parked in a lot a block away and walked, so we could pay $30 vs. $44 for overnight parking. We had to carry all our bags down the street, which is doable but annoying. And the deck we parked in was locked the next morning, meaning we had to call for help getting the gate opened. I think if you pay for an expensive hotel, parking should not be price gouged and this inconvienent.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Beds were extremely uncomfortable

This is my first time that even purified water i need to pay....Its different in other hotel....

Thank you for your feedback. For guest who enjoy the convenience and services provided by valet parking, our nightly fee is competitive with all downtown hotels. There are several lower priced self parking options near our hotel. I am very sorry for the key card reader issue. Thank you again for your feedback. Dave Murray General Manager
