Great location in the middle of town, right on bus line. The room was small - the age of the original building doesn't allow for big spacious rooms I think. The shower was disgusingly dirty. Soap scum dried on the base that I could write "Wash me" in. Mold around base. This was brought up with management and hopefully has been addressed. The attached restaurant was really good and make a great martini.

friendly staff, good location. breakfast available next door was nice too.

Convient location. However, definitely overpriced for what you get. Room for 4 people did not have enough towels. There was hair stuck to the wall in the shower when we got there. The biggest issue is that there is no parking for this hotel. We parked in a lot a block away and walked, so we could pay $30 vs. $44 for overnight parking. We had to carry all our bags down the street, which is doable but annoying. And the deck we parked in was locked the next morning, meaning we had to call for help getting the gate opened. I think if you pay for an expensive hotel, parking should not be price gouged and this inconvienent.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Beds were extremely uncomfortable

This is my first time that even purified water i need to pay....Its different in other hotel....

Location and room size and furnishings. Had a nice dining and sitting area with coffee &tea.

The location of the hotel was in a convenient spot in downtown portland. Everything about the room way great besides the strong odor that came from the cleaning products. The hotel staff were great and held on to our luggage after we checked out until our flight arrived

Loved the pillows. Amazing happy staff. Slept through the night as if I were in my own comfy bed.

Nice, secure hotel, but Portland itself is an awful, awful, awful place.

More amenities would have been nice for the price, such as a microwave, a bath tub & continental breakfast. Also, I asked for more wash clothes to be delivered to my room and never got them, so I had to go down to the front desk for them. Staff was friendly and diverse.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Portland. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it was affordable and in a great location in the city. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Modern, spacious room with nice city views. Easy to get to, we took the light rail from the airport and only had to walk a couple blocks to the hotel. Centrally located, walking distance to many downtown attractions.

Hotel was great. Friendly staff and great location.

hotel is nice and on central Portland, but parking was full due to eclipse. Valet only told us to park in open lot in a questionable area that is unattended. We found smart park Portland to be reasonable price and secure and monitored.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Although our valet parking is slightly more expensive than the nearby self parking garages, guest enjoy the added convenience of dropping off and picking up their vehicles at the hotels from door.
