Marriott always does an excellent job and they continued that here. The room was clean and you can tell the hotel they flooded COVID safety guidelines. Room was clean. Staff was friendly!

Helpful staff ,close to everything nice restaurant

Valet was slow and understaffed, bar and restaurant under construction, parking was $46 too expensive! Toilet plugged up easily and shower was low water pressure. Check in was slow. Window on 16 floor room was weirdly not visible looked rainy when it was not.

Great location, convenient walking distance to lots of different things to do. Room was clean and comfortable with updated decor. Staff was friendly and helpful at every turn, offering us drinks during check in and whenever we returned to the front desk. The coffee shop is also surprisingly nice.

Need more late night after in house hours food options. everything else. amazing . best sleep in a while

Really liked the decor! I didn’t like that there wasn’t a shuttle for transportation.

Great location, good service, recommended for a brief visit to town

Room had poor view tried to get another room but couldn't.

Staff was very receptive. Nice, clean, modern, well appointed. Porter service and front desk was great daily. Didn't like $50 per day to valet our truck. And then be told on our final night that the truck couldn't be valeted.

Hotel was going under renovations which we were informed of after making the reservations.

We had to request a change in the room due to all night construction with metal plates being lowered and concrete for a 30 story building going up next door . It was a very noisy location and little sleep the first night. There is not a breakfast included with the price and not much value. It is convenient to the river park where we embarked on a National Geographic cruise expedition

Overall a great experience. We stay at this hotel every year for the convenience of being close to the Dragonboat Regatta in September. Only thing was that we weren’t told upon check-in that we had a breakfast package that would account for a free meal at the buffet. It was a good thing we decided to try the restaurant the next day or we’d have missed out. It would have been nice if they’d said something so we were aware of it. Now I’m wondering if I’ve been missing this every year up till now.... One final note: the waiter who served us at the bar/restaurant was super friendly and really made my day. We had a great time there and the food was good too.
