As much as I would love to gift a 5 star, what's stopping me is paying EXTRA for the Club Lounge and the front desk agent telling us what time Hors d'oeuvres were served, and us canceling our dinner reservations to see what that was like just because we paid extra, and us going there and reading a sign saying that particular service was not being honored between 12/31 til 1/5/26. When we spoke to a different gentleman at the front desk not long after we read the sign, he didnt seem to know what we were talking about at first, then decided to tell us that particular service was closed and dismissed us.
Other than that, our room was fantastic, the view was amazing, the restaurant inside the hotel was delicious, and our server was beyond amazing!
