Great breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Parking was adequate.

Location, staff and rooms are great! Unfortunately it’s a bit loud; you can hear everyone above you and out in the hall.

Had I realized at booking, I would have requested a room far from pet owning guests , and away from the Union Station as diesel engines run all night and morning. 15 seconds on and off, could not sleep.

The staff was amazingly nice and helped out so much.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. Close to the train station.

Great visit in city with family. Would stay here again

We really enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Pearl District. The hotel lobby is warm and inviting with lots of places to lounge about and a nice bar area that serves a free hot breakfast in the morning. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom is perfect for a couple with an extra mirror and dressing area and a good size closet. The bed was comfortable and we experienced zero noise during our stay. We slept so soundly that we woke up well past our normal time. The room also has black out shades which is really nice. Our room also had a well equipped kitchen and a nice sofa and desk which was perfect since my husband was busy studying and I spent some time reading in our hotel room. We enjoyed the convenience of having many dining options in the immediate area.

Checked in a suite for four adults. We had three sets of towels and four glasses to use in the kitchen and bathroom. The rooms were not set up to accommodate four adults. The queen sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The iron did not work. We were given an "old" one that worked, but the numbers to adjust the heat were worn off. Room service was very slow.

Just returned from a 1-week stay. Shared a suite with two other women. Two beds in one room, and a pull-out in the other room worked out perfectly.

Great hotel in a perfect location in Portland! Friendly staff made it almost feel like a small town inn.

We loved the room, it was big with a comfy bed and modern decor. The bathroom was great; huge shower, updated ... It's also nice to have a full kitchen, we didn't use it but definitely would when we stay again. It's convenient and central to many places - we walked to dinner and Powell's ... tons of great restaurants nearby. Also the free breakfast is really good - best one I've had and I've had quite a few. It does get busy in the morning down there which is kind of a drag. This is the hotel I'd stay at when in Portland again.

Recommend carrying your breakfast to the garden area. Very pleasant.

This hotel is in the Pearl district and within walking distance of many great restaurants and parks. It was reasonably priced and had everything we needed and more! Including a full kitchen, which we didn't need but would be handy for longer stays. There was also a LR area and a large well lit bathroom with walk in shower. Everything was spotless and looked brand new or newly decorated. There was a coin laundry room with many machines, which we took advantage of at the midpoint of our travels. Breakfast was included, and was way better than most, with choices of scrambled eggs or make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and muffins. The staff were all friendly and helpful, with good suggestions for places to see around town. Valet parking is expensive, $34/day. Fortunately there is a public parking garage half a block away across the street, with parking for $8 on weekdays and $4 on weekends. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone staying in portland and would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay if you don't have a car. Parking is a kind of expensive at this place. It is better to warn the guest in advance and recommend them to stay in Residence Inn in airport area as they have a car.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, free breakfast, amazing service, excellent amenities - This is the place to stay in the Pearl District! Plus, the hotel is walking distance to Andina, an amazing Peruvian restaurant, that I highly recommend!

this hotel was truly phenomenal. I only said "4" to location because we weren't aware of how primely our location was until we were leaving and for us it was a bit out of the way (would LOVE a map that showed off what there was near us). The staff was super friendly and fun, quick to please and always with a smile (which unfortunately was not as common as I would have guessed in Portland as a whole, so it was nice to start and end to our days). The interior was really slick and modern but still welcoming and very comfortable. Breakfast was a huge bonus that my two comrades and myself anxiously looked forward to each morning as our alarm sounded. The hotel is exactly what you hope for when you blindly book :-)

Great location. This beautiful hotel offers many amenities and is within walking distance of shops and entertainment. The parking rate for our car was rather high. We would love to stay again, longer so we could use the kitchen, but would probably park our car at another location.
