The building is ideally situated between the vibrant commercial hub of Hawthorne and charming, leafy side streets lined with architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years. Inside, the design exudes a sleek and modern feel, featuring the highest-grade finishes.



Inside, each unit is designed for comfort and style, boasting mini-split heating and cooling, stainless steel appliances (including dishwashers), in-unit washer/dryers, and 9-ft ceilings. Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, indulge in delicious wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or enjoy a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.



Getting Around:

Our apartment is conveniently located in the vibrant Southeast Portland neighborhood, making it easy to explore the city. If you're driving, you can access the property from SE Hawthorne Blvd or SE Division St, both major thoroughfares. Ample street parking is available near the property; please check the signage for any restrictions or time limits.



For those using public transportation, the area is well-served by several bus lines 14 and 15 running nearby. Bus line 14 travels along SE Hawthorne Blvd, connecting you to downtown Portland and the Hawthorne District, while bus line 15 travels along SE Belmont St, providing access to the Lloyd District and the Pearl District.



Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Portland and can drop you off right at the doorstep.

Best location

Location was a foodie paradise. We ate so much! The apt is in a perfect location. Would’ve been a 5 star but there was a snag of late checkin because cleaners hadn’t finished by 4pm. Host was upfront with us and called to let us know. But still a great find in a perfect location. Thank you!

Good location for restaurants and shopping

Pros:Good location for shopping, restaurants, activities and they allow dogs. Beds were very comfortable. Owners were great with communication, quick response and adjustments with issues.Cons:Not super clean/well maintained, two flights up with no elevator, near a club that is pretty loud at night, slow WiFi.I probably would not book this again with a dog...requirements were sent after booking that I would have likely booked elsewhere had I been aware of them upfront.

Great Home Away From Home

My partner and my friends (also a couple) stayed here for a few nights. It was a great, cozy home for us. It's central to so many things. Everything was clean and easy to use, and we felt so comfortable.
