The location was very good for my trip, across the convention center.

This location is in the center of the Rose District, max train is right there as well as Lloyd Center, walking is very easy and safety as well as beauty is all around.

This place is a noisy dump — nose clips for the smells and ear plugs for the noise of the public transport train that runs right outside your window will help. The lobby is seedy and the staff look and act like they walked in off the street. Two pluses: it’s cheap and right next to the convention center. Oh yes, walk outside and the train is almost at your doorstep for low cost transportation around the city.

The room was clean, and the front desk guy so nice!

The staff was professional and kind. The building and room was quite run down.

The room was clean. Close to everything. Great location for the convention center. Parking is good. Just didn't like that fact that we had to pay so much for privilege to park.

Bathroom was not very clean in our room. There was also a fly in our coffee.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Public areas a little dated, but fine in this price range. THe only issue is a bit too much street noise form the tram. Tolerable if you're used to city noise, but probably bothersome if you are used to country quiet. Could use sound insulating windows and glass doors on the street side.

This place was old and filthy dog urine on the floor what looked like dry puke on the window. The hallway smelled like chemicals and Huge rat traps in the stair wells. NASTY.

Convenient very near the Convention Center Good access with the train But very noisy due tobtraffic and train where our room is located

Very convenient distance to the convention center and easy access to the bus and railcar system to get around. Nearby places to buy convenience items nearby, making the stay more worry-free. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, housekeeping was respectful of privacy, and a generous amount of personal hygiene items were provided. Fridge and freezer space more than adequate to hold a day worth of food, so money did not need to be wasted on take-out. Bed was very comfortable, extra blankets were readily available, and the curtains thick enough to keep the room dark at night. The carpet, furniture, bed, bathroom, fridge were clean. Only downside is that the windows do not block the sound of the traffic outside, so sleep was difficult.

Older hotel that is definitely showing it’s age. Close to Moda Center (which is the only reason I would stay there again). Next to the Max line so you also have the train noise 😩.

The best thing about the Inn is its location. Next door to the convention center. It is also adjacent to a Max station so easy to get to the airport. It is run down and ready for a renovation. The windows are old single pane glass, and the curtains were melted to the glass so I couldn't open them to see the view. The carpets and vct were recently changed out in the last year, but there were some broken tiles and old fixtures in the bathroom and vanity. The room was very clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. The furnishings were a little old and ready for a change as well.

The staff , especially Dave, were friendly & helpful

Loved the location, across the street from the convention center. Hated the location, sided by the MET tracks and across the street from the station. The train bells and rumble sounded louder in my room than outside.

Walking distance to Modo Center. Very convenient parking. Rooms close to trolly tracks are noisy.
