Staff was friendly. But hotel was old and in need of repair. The elevator was scary, the bathroom floor was floating and bubbly. We asked the staff if the area was safe and we're told not to go outside once it turned dark.

We were going to the convention and decided to stay at an affordable place. This place is an easy access to the convention. However, it was also one of the dirtiest and scariest place I have ever stayed… It didn’t seem like the floor has been vacuumed for a while and the bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. The door chain latch had been pulled out and reinserted, which makes it literally unusable/unreliable. The smoke detector was covered by a plastic. The Portland MAX rail was right next to the hotel and we felt every train coming and going in our room. There were many people using on the streets surrounding. Anyways, avoid at all costs.

Waited for about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. The hotel could really use an update. I booked the room through Expedia, it would have been nice to know that parking is 17.00 and there's a 100.00 security deposit. But all in all a good stay for the price we paid

Run don’t stay here the room smelt of pee, the carpet filthy REALLY filthy. We ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the grubby looking sheets. I would have insisted on another room but everyone in our group had similar problems. One bright spot , the desk clerk was really pleasant.
Not sure what happened to the toilet seat but paint didn’t help
Edge of the tub had been repaired with dingy caulking. Moldy!

If you stay here be aware of 2 things: 1. $17 parking fee, Stay on even sided rooms, toward city, otherwise, constant grating noise of street cars and traffic through the walls. You will not be able to sleep, pay the extra $11 dollars to stay on the city side or you will not sleep. Otherwise, typical budget hotel!

Came at check in time. Was given the wrong room number 3 times. Hallway to the room was covered in trash bags and dirty sheets. Room had peeing paint and a lamp with no light bulb that almost started a fire.

I booked two nights, arriving Thursday and leaving Saturday. Before a business meeting had at noon across town, I was called by the front desk asking me why I hadn't checked out yet. I told her because I booked two nights and wasn't checking out til Saturday. She said I was wrong and was only staying one night. So I had to drive back to the hotel and straighten it out. I pulled up my confirmation on my phone and she didn't know what to say. She then called the manager and he said it was a computer glitch. A very vague excuse. I was lat to my meeting to straighten out THEIR computer glitch. The room also had dirty with a half cup of Starbucks coffee sitting on the night stand next to the bed. There was also a large red stain on the carpet next to the bed and hair on the wall of the shower. I stayed at this hotel several times in the past and the rooms have always been clean. I noticed that all three people I dealt with were new. I saw none of the front desk people I usually see. So I can only assume the hotel is under new management. I don't believe I'll be staying there again.
