Had to change rooms 3 times. Got to my first room And there was a dirty pillowcase I front of the door, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Second room had a heater that didn’t work. 3rd was ok. Best suited for long stay working crews. Coffee only offered in the lobby.

This place could use a better cleaning. My tub in both rooms that I had were dirty. I’m not usually picky but this has been the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever experienced.

You get what you pay for. $50-60/night gets you a basic room, but cleanliness and amenities are lacking. Rats outside and dirty chairs were a letdown.

The staff, awesome, the little manager lady is super sweet, so is the fellas. All of them are nice people. The price is high for the room itself but I bet you can't beat it. I tried. I got stuck out here, had to stay somewhere on a budget. Not too bad but the area and people trafficing this place are a pure mess. Room has everything you need, just not too pretty or modern like my spoiled vegas Venetian hiness likes. You'll live, bring a $100 dollar bill for the additional hold. they have for bad people that dinned and ditched on them. So make up your mind. A few people down on their luck. A few shady characters smoking something stinky outside. Don't leave anything in your car. The walls are thin. Open your windows and turn on the air/heat because everybody can't cook in the lil kitchenettes. Its decent, like a dorm. If you need sleep it'll do. Oh, and no housekeeping till you leave or stay for 7 straight days. I sleep in a sleeping bag at hotels and yse my own pillows. Smh. No ice machine, but you have a fridge. There are a lot of stores. Super Walmarts 9 minutes away. Plenty food huts. Get a frying pan and some steaks and act like you're at your sisters house.

My room was not cleaned. It was disgusting. The TV remote didn’t work and my clothes were stolen.

This hotel advised as "pet friendly". My husband, myself and my service animal tried to check in the day before Thanksgiving. Their employee asked for medical documentation regarding my service animal. This is against HIPPA. My husband gave their employee, "Tash", my dog's certification as a Service Animal. Tash took a photo of my dogs certification as a Service Animal and emailed it to his manager named Danny. Danny and Tash refused to accept my Service Dog. I showed Tash my scars from my heart surgery and my spinal surgery. I told him i need my Service Dog and i am being discriminated against due to my disability. I told Tash i wanted to speak to his manager but Tash said he could not give me his managers private number. I wanted to try to resolve this problem with their manager but was refused Dannys contact information. They listed as a pet friendly hotel. I even noted on my reservation that i have a "service animal a 10 pound chihuahua". We were refused to check in with our certified Service Animal the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We had to leave and search for another hotel. We had to pay extra for a last minute hotel stay for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Then they had the audacity to charge our credit card $67. We have been trying for 3 days to get a refund. Everytime we call to speak to the manager their employee Josh and Tamara tell us we need to talk to the manager Danny. We left several messages for Danny to call us and refund this $67 unauthorized charge.
