My daughter and I arrived at night in the pouring rain walking from the convention center dragging our suitcases and giant equipment bag. We rang the buzzer to be let in and then lugged everything up the stairs into the lobby where 3 people were standing behind the counter. Not one person offered to help us with our bags not even the tall guy with the beanie and hotel jacket I have never received so little service in my life!!!
Great space, great rooms, helpful staff, but a forced, surprised parking fee.

Great proximity to the Moda center. Area around hotel isn’t very nice. But perfect for a short trip to see a show or game. Would stay again

Very nice room, staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Shower pressure went up and down with water temperature. Unless you keep the water very hot the pressure was pretty lousy.
The lobby is very nice with lots of room to sit and work. The cafe is fantastic! The food was great and the dining area was perfect for working while eating. The rooms were very nice. The bed was comfy and the amenities were above expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!
