Friendly helpful staff. Very walkable and close to great food. The breakfast was amazing!

Nice having dining options in the hotel it self, very helpful staff, loved the facility, so much history 1912 building, very clean and updated with all needed amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

Parking is $40 per day..did not know this before showing up. Room service has $9.50 fee + $5 delivery fee + 20% tip added + gratuity line. bums/Vagrants everywhere around the hotel Check in guy was rude Room service menu was very limited Was woken up at 3:30am and again at 6:30 am to a party in the room next to mine. I will definitely not be back

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with comfortable beds and pillows.

This hotel was built in 1910. Embassy Suites managed to maintain the charm of the original architecture while supplying us with modern conveniences.

They put us handicap room without telling us which I did not like the shower. They out of food at the reception and breakfast had long lines.

Room was poorly cleaned. Hair in bathtub. Pool area dirty. Hallways dirty. Location is awesome.

Loved the staff and location of this hotel. The only reason I didn't give the staff a 5 star rating is due to a bartender at Mother's Restaurant. I think this is separate from the hotel itself. He was rude. Otherwise, all the hotel staff was 5!

Classy place with unique character. Exceptional breakfast and atmosphere.

walking distance to a lot of things, breakfast was great! Pool was nice

The water was always cold, doorknob kept falling off in bathroom . Had to make several maintainer calls

We loved the historic charm of the hotel and the valet and front desk were great. The social hour was awesome and breakfast was good too. We hoped to check out the pool but didn’t have a chance. The room we were upgraded to was one of their “Pure” rooms so it was supposed to be hypoallergenic but instead was not clean. There was dust and handprints on the cabinets, counter tops and side tables. We found a hair tie, crumbs and more dirt on the carpets. The bathroom tub had a pink ring in it too. Very disappointing for the simple fact it wasn’t even normal clean and it was supposed to be their hypoallergenic room. Good thing we didn’t spend much time in our actual room. All in all, it was a great location and the majority of the hotel amenities were great. If we had stayed more than one night, I would have asked for extra cleaning or a different room.

Great staff. pleasant and helpful...............
