We went out at 9:30 am for 2 hours and asked if they could clean our room. We returned 2 hours later and it was not cleaned after being told they would send someone to do it. We called again and asked them to send someone, we wanted to relax for the afternoon before a family gathering in the early evening…1 hour later still no one…called a third time and 30 minutes later still no one. We went down the hallway and asked the person cleaning if she could clean our room when she finished and 15 minutes later she did…Very Frustrating!!! We will never return to this place again!

When we arrived after I unloaded my son and everything into the room, we realized it was not wheelchair accessible. We went to dinner and waited 2 1/2 hours for a grilled cheese sandwich. The food was awful but our server Matty was very sweet. He informed us that you guys are on low staff and only have one chef for the entire hotel and restaurant. This is unacceptable. I would like a full refund for my trip.

The staff was more than accommodating, however the state of the building is starting to slip into shabbiness. The doors had difficulty closing, unattended children were running up and down the hallways. The restaurant staff were wonderful, however they weren’t always open when the website specified.

Staffer had a habit of popping in and making me feel uncomfortable if your a single moderately attractive cissy man in Portland beware. Weird ass cat convention right now smells like the underside of a homeless drifter who has pissed themselves up and down the Mason Dixon. Line
