Staff did a good job of addressing concerns. Paid third party parking was not a plus. No breakfast included wasn't great either. there is no self serve coffee pot available in the morning. you have to go to the front desk and ask for coffee. If the desk person is busy, you just have to wait. Between washing drying and detergent, it costs $6 to do one load of laundry. I felt nickle and dimed to death.

Our stay met the basic needs for a good nigh’s rest. I was impressed that the shower/tub was really clean. I wasn’t too keen on the cleanliness of the carpet in the room though. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re flying into Portland on a late flight and you want a place that is good to a little bit above average. P.S. The late night staff (we finally arrived at 3AM were really nice. So was the transport person who picked us up from the airport.

First room smelled so bad had to be moved. Outdated worn furniture and curtains. Misleading breakfast offer. Would not stay there ever again or recommend it. Poor housekeeping, the worse. Very disappointed very unsatisfactory trip stay for me. I travel with a pet that lives in a clean home, you would never guess because that’s how neat, clean our home is. This Hotel is a bust. I got to the room and do my usual sheets check. There was a stain on the fitted sheet as well as some kind of dirt or ash stain on the flat sheet. The door to my room has some kind of issue that makes for a gap at the bottom of it that I can see into the hallway through. Overall the price is good but the basic cleanliness just doesn’t seem to be there. I did get new sheets quickly when requested but even the new sheets didn’t smell laundered. They smelled musty.
