Place just seems run down and shabby. Every room door scraped up. One exit door patched up with wood. Door to the stair has a hole where the door handle should. Carpet old and dirty. Pool out of order. Parking scarce and staff frazzled about it. Room not cleaned and no notice about why. Restaurant staff totally overworked. Seems like everyone who works there is trying to do a good job, but they have no management support. We won’t be staying again.

The parking was safe.
Everything in the hotel was great, not in a good area due to homeless etc., but that is not the hotels fault.
The staff at the front desk was so nice and friendly! They were very kind to my 3 year old. It was just my toddler and I and I felt safe it wasn’t sketchy.The only thing was the room smelled like feet :(
Shuttle stopped at 11'30 and I arrived to PDX after that. Breakfast was very limited and poor service.

We arrive around midnight. apprehensive and lost at the airport. i We called and we told where to board their shuttle and HI took over. 30 minutes later we were in our room. There were problems with the key card but staff was friendly and resolved it. Nice experience but I would pass on the free breakfast next time.
