Very nice facility. Very efficient staff. Affordable

Close to car rental and airport, so convenient for my travel!

Clean and presentable. Reception was helpful and on top of things.

This is a park and fly hotel. Getting onto property requires passing through automated gate with ticket system. Parking lot was full so had to find a spot a long way from front door of hotel. No real problem for me but might be for some. Staff were okay. Not really friend but not bad. Rooms are dated because it’s an old hotel but was reasonably clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall it was okay.

Had to pay an additional $10 per night to park in the parking lot which should be included in the price of your hotel. Found black hair in bathroom sink and tub. The night stands and tables were not wiped down thoroughly. Also had to pay an additional $9 per person for breakfast which was mediocre at best. French toast was hard as a rock. No option to make waffles like at most hotels with lesser Stars. I don't have plans of staying there again. The price and amenities do not match.

The hotel tried charging me for parking although I didn't even have a car, and my key card needed resetting just about every time I went out.

Convenient, but pricey. Breakfast not included. Parking is extra.

We stayed in the same hotel around 4 years ago and at that time the rooms were more clean that's why we came back. The lobby is nice as it was 4 years ago. I love the idea that it has microwave inside our room since it is very helpful when travelling with kids. I don't like the smell of the towels though, I don't know if it is the detergent. They should also use fabric softener as it is very harsh on the skin. Good thing I always bring a towel with us whenever we travel. The pool area is also nice.

I have a 5:30am flight. I booked this room because it was an “airport” HI. The problem is, it’s nowhere near the airport. Never using Orbitz again.

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay again.

When we got there, the front desk staff were very friendly and the lobby looked nice. When we got to our first room it smelled like stale cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The room was next to the ice machine and vending area so I was awoken by loud people in the middle of the night. Also there was a very loud train across from the window that woke me up a few times during the night. The next day, the Air conditioner stopped working. The maintenance guy was very friendly and he moved us to another room. The new room was much quieter and it had a king bed even though we reserved a room with a queen. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was gross. Again the server was great but all the fruit tasted like soap and the sausage had a nasty flavor too. I felt like the service was great but everything about the building the food and the amenities were subpar.

My room was facing an intersection. There was also a train right outside my window. It was very loud. The room itself was fine.

Room was clean and Hotel was close to Airport.Restaurant in main lobby looks nice,Did not get a chance to try the food though!

Beautiful building. Restaurant decent breakfast quality for price. Linens all pulled and rough. When I checked in asked for a quiet room not near ice machine. The desk person actually put me in a room abutting the ice machine. I can say the manager did correct this- but really! I was so tired and was looking forward to yummy bed linens but was disappointed by the pilled sheets (fitted was so rough) and poor pillow selection. But in all fairness the room was clean, quiet, and had I not been there in high season and robbed by an elevated price- it was likely a reasonable place

Didn't enjoy the train noise. Overall great staff, especially the the waiter from the resturant. She's really on top of everything.

Free shuttle bus to airport, friendly staff. I was very happy with the hotel in general, it has a good location, there is a big shopping mall close by

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your expedience with us. Our room key cards tend to demagnetize, we are working on a solution. We apologies for applying a parking charge by accident, but its good to know that we were able to correct that. Our team is looking forward to welcoming you back at our hotel next time you travel to Portland. Regards, Irina
