Quality is is always standard with Holiday Inn.

Cleaning services were not adequate. Room was did not have a clean appearance or smell.

Very nice and helpful employees Only one person was working in the breakfast area. She was so sweet. But she had to take the orders, cook the meals, and buss and wash. She was way over worked.

Staff: friendly but few. Understaffing resulted in our waiting 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. (When calling for the shuttle were told it would be 15 minutes.) Room: comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed was clean, quality linens, and very comfortable. Temperature control worked well and was quiet. Bathroom: Clean. Bath-towels sufficient but not luxurious in size or feel. Amenities sparse for two people. Hair dryer did not work well. Opening the bathroom door after showering triggered the smoke detector. TV/Frig/Microwave: All worked well Internet: Had difficulty getting on line.The front desk agent said laptops were tricky to get on line and suggested we use one of the two hotel computers in the lobby. Thankfully they also supplied us with the phone number for tech support. Tech support answered the phone right away and were successful in getting us on line.

An area on the grass to sit in the shade would be nice. There is no place outside to sit except in the smoking area & that is just gross. Also, parking your car in the hotel parking lot will cost you $10 per day & THAT's just wrong. Additional trash cans outside the hotel are needed

It was nice and clean. I didn’t like that for so much money we didn’t have breakfast. Also we got a non-smiling room because we have kids with allergies and someone was smoking weed so the hall smelled so strong it penitentes into our room. Very disappointing.

long term parking for flying out of PDX. and shuttle to airport.

The curtains in the room were dirty and I’m not talking about dust they had food caked on certain parts of them. The toilet handle was loose. The tub wouldn’t drain. And the microwave was on its last kick.

The staff was very attentive however the room is very dated torn curtain cracked window coffee maker doesn't work but now it does after I slammed it

Clean and presentable. Reception was helpful and on top of things.

This is a park and fly hotel. Getting onto property requires passing through automated gate with ticket system. Parking lot was full so had to find a spot a long way from front door of hotel. No real problem for me but might be for some. Staff were okay. Not really friend but not bad. Rooms are dated because it’s an old hotel but was reasonably clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall it was okay.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for staying with us here at Holiday Inn and for taking a moment to tell us about your experience. We do have to grassy areas at the front of the hotel, along the far end of the parking lot that guests are more than welcome to sit. They are also partially shaded during the day, but it does depend on the time of day. We do charge for parking, and I have verified that it is listed on all possible booking channels. This is what allows us to provide the additional security provided by the parking gates for our guests. I will definitely pass on your comments regarding additional outdoor trash cans to upper management. Thank you,

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for staying here at the Holiday Inn, and for taking a moment to tell us about your experience. We are pleased that you found the hotel to be nice and clean. None of the rooms have breakfast included in the rate at this location, and unfortunately, we had to suspend our restaurant operations due to Covid. We are all anxiously awaiting the time when we can resume them. We do have grab and go items available for purchase at our front desk 24 hours a day, including some breakfast pastries and breakfast burritos. As you stated, we are a nonsmoking hotel, however, there are those who break the rules, and when that occurs, there is a fee associated with it. We deep clean all rooms if smoking has occurred in the room. We are also trying out different ways to eliminate the smell in the halls after someone has smoked outside, and carried the smell in with them, while also ensuring we don't affect guests with allergies. It is a tight rope walk, and we appreciate your understanding. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future. Thank you,
