Staff rude and passive aggressive. Ice machine had mold. Room had stains on the walls, carpet very dirty, and brown and white splash residue on bathroom door and walls. Issues with payment processing on their end but was deducted twice from my bank account before having to use a third card but then treated like it was my fault. Contacted by the hotel about the issue around 4:30 in the morning. Recycling service also came around 4:00 in the morning and loud like construction. Overall unpleasant stay.

It was reasonably clean and the front desk guy was a gem! Breakfast is minimal and so busy! But the walk to Moda was fast and the room itself was pretty nice. The bathroom was recently updated.

The room was clean, they have underground parking and the staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly!! I’ve stayed there a few times whenever I go to concerts at the Moda Center. Plus, Red Robin is right across the street from the Quality Inn, so it’s really convenient!!
