We have stayed here multiple times. We love the free parking and the convenience.

Nice clean motel , central location, easy access to where we need to be

Close to downtown and everythingI guess I got to write a review to please the app. Super easy to check in and they gave me an extra bed for extra guest. The continental breakfast was awesome and very filling

Our room was fine, the hotel was fine, the pool was good (important for traveling with a kid). Unfortunately, the first night we had a noisy group next door, so we didn't sleep well. The street noise was not a problem (we were on the 3rd floor). The location is actually quite good, a nice walk down 23 St where many restaurants are located. There is a good french bakery a block away. Parking is included in the price, which makes it more affordable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great to have a pool, hot tub and fitness center on site. Staff was very professional and friendly. Loved extra long checkout time.

Comfortable. Off the highway but close enough to lots of eateries.

It was a terrific stay and it was close to everything we needed. Breakfast was great and room amenities were good.

Overall a very nice hotel, conveniently located within short walking distance of shopping, restaurants / cafes and residential areas where our family resides. Rooms and facilities in general are nicely done. Free parking provided for the guests. The excercise room needs to be bigger for a hotel of this size. When used by three people it already feels very cramped. The air handler in our room was constantly blowing in cold air (outside temp 35 deg) regardless of the setting. We had to turn it off most of the time. One Sunday morning throughout the breakfast period a loading door down the hall was left open and the entire first floor was freezing. Probably a careless oversight but never a good idea to freeze out your guests while you're giving them a complimentary breakfast which happened to be quite good. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. I would stay here again on my next trip to Portland.

Had to call 2-3x to get coffee and toilet paper replenished. Room missing some amenities I have come to expect: iron & ironing board, local telephone directory, addresses & phone numbers for local restaurants. Front desk staff was able to provide a menu for one nearby restaurant, and made recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. THe location is in a great part of town--the Nob HIll District is clean with lots of great and unique restaurants. You can easily walk to a variety of any restaurants and coffee shops. For hikers, Forest Park has lots of beautiful hiking trails and it too is an easy walk away. My husband and I ventured to the heart of the city; this is more of a 30-40 minute walk, but easily done. We were really impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as the complimentary breakfast. I was expecting some donuts and sugary cereal; instead there was scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, whole wheat English Muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, and even gluten free breads and muffins. You could easily eat a heart and healthy breakfast every morning, and it was never crowded no matter what time we went. Overall great hotel!

The location, on paper, looks bad but FAR FROM IT. The hotel was quiet, clean and on 2 bus lines. The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hall carpet could stand to be replaced but that is about the only thing negative I can say. The neighborhood is inviting with great restaurants within walking distance. I would happliy stay here again.

Walking distance to NW Portland area. Good eateries, easy access to downtown and Pearl District and Forest Park.

My husband & I live in Washington about a 2 1/2 hour drive to Portland. We got into town about 4:30pm & were greeted with 2 great friendly front desk girls. We had never been in the area, they provided us a map & circled the many great places to visit. The hotel was on a very busy freeway off ramp so at first I thought "Oh No!!" I wanted to be somewhere quite. But there was only a small walk (about 2 blocks) to ALL the wonderful shops, restaurants, bars, and neighborhoods. It was a great experience. We walked all over the place. The streetcar was right there as well. We went to the Saturday Market the next day, we walked through the Pearl District and basically EVERYWHERE. I really enjoyed the Nob Hill area on 23rd. That was where it was very eccentric & enjoyable. GREAT PLACE to go. We will be back again and again.

the staff was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful!

The location was great for me....easy access to freeway. Bedding very comfortable and room clean. Staff was helpful. Out of the downtown near 23rd St activities....Will be staying again when in Portland

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Portland Streetcar. Our room was quiet, comfortable and there was maid service every day. The complimentary breakfast area had a good selection of food and there was a friendly staff member to see if anyone needed anything. There were plenty of parking spaces in the lot and it was close to the highways. I would recommend staying there to my family and friends.

Good location and value if you have a car and don't need to be downtown, but breakfast is nearly inedible.

Very good value, good location if you have a car (free parking!), super clean room, very nice indoor pool and hot tub, great 42" tv. Only down side is that the free breakfast is inedible, good for coffee only.

We've stayed here several times and it's super convenient to Pearl District, Downtown and freeways. Basic hotel, fair breakfast and free parking, which is hard to find. Not a fancy hotel but worth the cost and a good value.

What a great location! Adjacent to the alphabet district- (they gave us a map at the front desk) my husband and I had a great time walking along 23rd and enjoying the shops and eating places. It was similar to being back in France- lots of folks out walking and enjoying the area- quite safe. We liked having seating in our room- we had friends over to chat before again walking to have dinner together. Nice breakfasts, comfy bed and helpful staff combined to make this a great visit to Portland- and a great value.
