I liked the cleanliness of the hotel room, nice water pressure, nice temperature for shower just not the hotel itself they need to do better with keeping the trash cans empty and the front door rug swept.. but staff is friendly and accommodating. This place is my go to whenever I head to Portland. A great blend of modern updates with some old school charm. The staff has always been very friendly and the restaurant and bar on site was great.

We stayed here for three nights to explore Portland and it was a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious for a downtown hotel, the beds were so comfy, excellent shower pressure, spotlessly clean, the AC worked great, and the staff were so helpful from directions to donuts to complimentary bottled water on our way out the door each morning (it was so hot outside!) We were an easy walk to Powell Books, excellent food trucks, lots of cute shops. The valet parking is offsite and requires a ~10 minute heads up depending on traffic for them to drive back. We would stay here again if visiting the city.
