This hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations, although just by a little bit. I'm glad I decided to stay near the airport because of the traffic in downtown. For an older facility, they kept this hotel very functional. The room we stayed in was relatively clean and did not smell, especially the bathroom. The water did not have issues and even the toiletries (charcoal soap). If anything, I would suggest that maybe they replace the bed and shampoo the carpet. Nonetheless, thank you for your warm accommodation!

Hotel was very accommodating when I did not make my flight. They let me get back into my room and sleep for a few hours until check out. Room was very clean and noise level was reasonable. I used the gym and they had a bunch of weights and equipment. Everything was in working order. Had coffee in my room, did not dine at the restaurant.

this is the quickie stop for getting on a plane or getting off a plane late at night. virtually zero amenities, unless you count running water and toilet paper

I paid for a room with premium bedding. I'd hate to see what the rooms without were like. Horrible bed and pillows, hairs on the sheets, not what I'd expect from a Red Lion. Looked more like a motel 6

We decided to book a room last minute around 11:45pm. We arrived to the hotel within 10 minutes of booking. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through yet. So we decided to get something to eat and went back. Upon our second arrival, sometime after 1am, we see a supervisor sitting with the concierge in her pajamas. Apparently there was a system failure and the supervisor, Michelle, left her house during her time off to help with the situation. We were able to get our room and more thanks to Michelle. She went above and beyond for us. Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The restraunt next door had good meals. Iliked the schuttle to the airport. Would stay there again if I was in that area I would stay there

The front desk person was exceptionally helpful. Accommodations were made for us to access airport shuttle closer to our building & personnel on airport shuttle outstanding!!

Convenient to airport, comfortable beds, no elevator, unappealing exterior, restaurant unappealing from outside, parking while on trip not available when booked through Orbitz. Nearby parking available for a price.

Pleasant, helpful reception staff couldn't make up for mold and mildew in the shower tile and a bathroom floor that wasn't clean or a bed not made every day. Saturday morning I had the privacy sign in the door while I showered and came out of the bathroom to find a note slipped under the door saying that, because I had the sign on the doorknob (at 9 a.m), they would not be back to service the room. Another day someone pulled the cover over the bed but left the blanket bunched up underneath and pillows strewn all over. The attached restaurant was supposed to be open until 11 but turned people away saying they didn't seat anyone after 8:30. It was a shame I had reserved for an entire week through Orbitz. If I had made the reservation myself, I would have moved!

Hotel itself is fine, it is clean, convenient and well-equipped, pleasant staff, airport shuttle. What is not fine is the Pacific Grill restaurant for dinner with one chef and one waitress for 7 full tables, several people came in, assessed the situation and walked out. One couple walked out, claiming food was inedible. Breakfast was fine, Waiter was efficient, food came pretty quickly.

Large room, plush pillow-top mattresses, computer desk. Lobby great, everything immaculately-clean. Wish the breakfast was free in almost every other place, but we had to leave early and got food the night before. Friendly staff,

The hotel is five minutes by shuttle from the airport, and drivers are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are adequate ; a good restaurant is next door.

Broken AC, no elevator, over priced, not even clean.

Nice hotel, we arrived 3hrs prior to check in and they were able to get us into a room right then. They also provided transport to the airport or max line to use public transport. Staff even held our luggage after check out so we could explore before our flight

We decided to book a room last minute around 11:45pm. We arrived to the hotel within 10 minutes of booking. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through yet.
