Close to airport, quick, clean quit

Young Native American man at check in was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Watched him be patient and thorough with other customers….even when they were rude and abrupt with him. Nice job of customer service!

The front desk staff was super rude. I was not allowed to book airport shuttle in advance and when we arrived was told the shuttle was full. The hotel room was dirty! Found a used wet towel in a drawer-YUCK! Would definitely NOT recommend!

Easy access to the airport

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was clean and firm. No complaint except they only offer regular coffee and tea. All other amenties you have to buy at a high price.

The hotel staff was great. My flight was delayed, and I arrived in Portland at 2:30 am. The Red Lion shuttle met me promptly, and the front desk staff were warmly welcoming.

The property is a little worn, but it is a great option for Park & Fly, and the shuttle is always reliable. Clean bed, and a hot shower, with good parking.
