This property gives me exactly what I need , an easy place to rest between flights. And it is exactly what you pay for. No frills. Basic but clean and staff is professional.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Shower is a handheld only unless you are 5’ tall. Huge gap under door so any and all noise from hallway comes straight in room. Decently clean, super close to airport.

It could be better

Everything was fine until the room next dog started to bark, and continued to bark every hour; in addition, the room fridge did not work; therefore, I was not able to enjoy my purchase beer that I had brought back to the room.

There was no instructions on how to access the hotel from the street. It is paid parking. You have to get a ticket to access the property. There is no explanation on the process prior to arrival. I found this confusing. While waiting in line to check in there were two different customers who expressed negative experiences. One walked out and the other shared they checked in, left for a bit and upon return their room was rented. They were given another room, it was dirty/not ready and then were given another room with no discount for their troubles. I utilized the washer/dryer. Ran my load thru the washer then was unable to use the dryer~ asked the clerk for assistance and he said he didn’t know why it wasn’t working nor did he have the ability to fix it. I explained I needed a dryer and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked if we could use the dryer the employees use for the turns and was told no. After explaining I HAD to have my clothes dried he sent me next door to the TRU hotel. The entire process was bizarre and I felt like I put him out. There was no apology or compensation for my inconvenience. Extremely poor customer service and not only would I not stay at this hotel again I would not recommend this hotel. The room itself was clean. This is the only reason I stayed.
