The only downside was parking, 37 a night. The convenience of local shops and restaurants is amazing. Amenities and services at the hotel were excellent.

Overall a nice facility. Limited in-house to dining options, including for snacks and variety for meal options. For a Hilton expected more. No gift shop. Location great. Within walking distance to restaurants and local stores.

Not a 4 star hotel

Rated as a 4 star hotel, but definitely is NOT. There are no amenities or real service. There is a sign out front for "valet parking" but there is no bell desk or valet service actually at the hotel. There is no guest shop/area to purchase basic travel items in the hotel. They have a small shelf by the front desk with water bottles and some very limited snacks for purchase. The hotel restaurant is extremely overpriced. Finally, the area is unsafe for solo female/family travelers. Since there was no snacks available in the hotel, I was advised to walk down 1 block to Plaid Pantry. It was 7pm however after doing so, I did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. I think this probably used to be a 4 star hotel however has gone downhill and clearly understaffed. Rating and prices should be adjusted. The Hampton Inn down the road offers a nicer stay.
