Great location for shopping and very good fish restaurant just around the corner.
This is not a typical doubletree so don’t get your hopes up, much more like a holiday inn.
The staff were ALL phenomenal. They went out of their way to make sure my family was comfortable and felt cared for. We will ONLY stay here when we come to Vancouver.
The shower was unclean when we arrived. I called downstairs and the front desk employee just basically said “ok”. Would not recommend this hotel
This is an old hotel that needs work. The room that they gave me had a lot of noise during the day and night. Management said it was because of the swimming pool. There is no sink in the bathroom you had to go outside the bathroom to wash your hands. They give you two washcloth in the room which I thought was not enough for two people if you take a shower on arrival and early morning. The rooms are very small, don't waste your money booking this hotel, go and stay at a cheaper hotel for less money with more amenities. I am a Hilton Honor member but I think of all the Doubletree Hotels that I have stayed this is the worst. Will not go there again.
The only reason why this hotel do not receive 5 stars is because the hot tube was not working during my stay. I was told it was down for the past week and I was really looking forward to it.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. As we were leaving this wonderful lady came running out to the parking lot waving our grand daughter's bathing suit that she had left in the bathroom. We appreciated the extra effort and her beautiful smile!!
Close enough to the freeway. Comfortable & no noise from the road, etc since its in a business park. Applebees, salad place & fish house all within a walk across the parking lot. No on site restaurants but there is a bar. Staff was super friendly. Out only mishap was not having any towels at the pool. Had to call several times & it took about 30 minutes or so which was a bit long after we were finished swimming.
The room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Hotel close to freeway.
The carpet in our room was gross! Would not stay again unless carpet was changed the balance of our rating/stay was good.
Had a great time, hot tub was hot and the bed was comfy. Awesome staff, very helpful.
My wife's family lives in Vancouver. Not having enough room for us, we always stay at the Phoenix Inn when visiting. The value is incredible. The rooms are clean and spacious with couch, flat-screen TV, microwave and fridge. The staff members are very friendly and courteous.

Staff were super friendly & we got a quick check-in. We had a nice quiet room on the 3rd floor. Comfy beds & couch. Room had stained carpet, but smelled & looked clean. Dual sinks were nice outside of the bathroom. Bathroom average with toilet & tub/shower. Pool area is nice. Jacuzzi was piping hot the way we like. Good hot breakfast & cold breakfast options. Great helpful people working for this hotel. Location is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Would stay here again.
Room dirty, was in a room on first floor next to exit door to parking lot. no springs on the door and security lock broken. The door slammed shut and my room shook every time someone went through the door. The door was used unlocked and people went through the door all night long.
great beds,pillows, lots of tv stations alot of food choices I highly recommend this hotel ,north side of motel was very quite.

Hi Essie, Though it is true that our property is 20 years old I feel like it is doing quite well. Our maintenance team works hard at keeping it looking sharp. I know our front desk team is always happy to get guests more amenities like towels and shampoo if asked. If we haven't provided enough of something in your room give them a ring and they will rush it right up. Come back and give us another shot, we'd love to make it up to you!
