Indoor pool freezing cold. Was told the heater for the pool was broken. No ice machines on 3rd floor. Had to go down the first floor by the check in. Still under construction for over a year. Not seeing any changes.

The hotel was quiet, the blackout curtains did an excellent job of keeping the room dark during the day for my husband who works nights, the shower had amazing hot water and great pressure, and the staff was courteous. My only negative comment was that the heating unit was a bit noisy, but not enough of an issue that I wouldn't choose to stay there again.
