The neighborhood is usually quite and low traffic location. It is a family friendly place and the neighbors are great. There is also plentiful of free parking available on the street if you have more then one car.
Getting around couldn`t get easier as you are located minutes away from I-5 highway. You have numerous of restaurants and coffee shops as soon as you get in to Main St. The waterfront is also just 5 minutes away driving.

Excellent home in Vancouver
The home was recently renovated with groups in mind with a really convenient layout, such as access to bathrooms from a bedroom and common area. Thw bedrooms on the ground floor and master upstairs with an office area was perfect. Main level open floor plan was great for cooking, dining and visiting. Marcus was super responsive and helpful with any issues. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood. Some highway noise in the morning.Lots of great touches for comfort, well stocked kitchen with more than anything you need!
