Lovely staff. Clean room. Great soap and shampoo samples! Very roomy bathroom. I'd give it an "A" grade. If you stay, try to get an upstairs room. We had a cold above us and it sounded like a hard of rhinos running back and forth.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times before when it was still the Shilo Inn and we had great service and nice rooms. This is the first time I stayed here after Red Lion took it over and this was the worst it’s been. The front desk staff was rude. Walked in and she looked up at me and continued to sit there on her cell phone texting and helped me when she was finished. There isn’t any vending machines except a pop machine, no ice machines, the first room we got checked into didn’t have a tv remote. While looking for the tv remote there was candy wrappers that weren’t mine next to the night stand, under the beds were absolutely nasty. The bathrooms smelt like wet mildew. If you went down to the pool there wasn’t any pool towels was told they were short on them and they didn’t have time to wash.

It was not great. Very outdated. The bed mattress sunk the middle and smelled like mold and stale cigarettes I would pay $80/ night maybe but definitely not 130

Ice machines all out of order. Pool closed in june. Told two different stories as to why.

This is the epitome of a roof & a bed. No frills, place is rundown and you can hear everything that everyone else is doing through the walls/ceiling. Staff was super helpful, so I give it an average of 3

Fine for a place to lay your head for the night. Office is not wheelchair accessible but has a sign at the bottom of stairs "Ring bell for service". No bell.

The buildings felt old and run down... also there breakfast was extremely disappointing. Packaged muffins and nutrigrain bars was the extent of things.

Keeta at the front desk did a wonderful job and talked with me while we were waiting for my confirmation to arrive (last minute booking on Orbitz). Very pleasant! The room I stayed in could use a new light fixture in the entry but was clean.

Very old and run down would not recommend .. No actual breakfast coffee and some old bananas .. Throw up left on the stairwell for 2 days .. no screens on the windows .. the tv's were from the 80's .. I could go on but you get it ..

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a problem. Usually it’s very quiet and staff is courteous. This last time the front desk staff at check in was very rude and very unprofessional. We also had some very loud people in the room above us jumping off the beds, slamming doors, arguing loud enough we could hear them clear as day in our room and this went on all night. I had tried calling the front desk numerous times to complain and every time nobody answered. Was not overly thrilled with our stay this time.

Our room only had one towel and staff was not to friendly took along time to get towels. Breakfast was not really breakfast unless you just want coffee was glad there was a taco bell next door.

Easy access to freeways, shopping ( right across the street from a small strip mall and a quick hop across from there is a Safeway, gas station and more). Room was clean, quiet. I was on the second floor ( no elevator) and the stairway leading up was quite dark and had a strong mold or mildew odor. AC worked well in our room. For the price, comfort of the room and easy access to all we needed to get to, we felt this was a very good deal and would stay again if we were in the area.

Great location. Rooms nice size and kitchen large. Easy parking and lots of convenience foods around.

The staff was very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms are in need of updating. Rug was coming loose at the edge. We had to ask for more towels because the handicapped shower leaked all over the floor. The staff promptly brought more towels after I called the front desk. Your TVs are outdated and number of channels are limited. Overall, the room was clean, but the carpet felt dirty, which made the whole room feel kind of gross. I will probably stay there again because the price and location are good for us.

I requested and was confirmed to have a non-smoking room. Our "non-smoking" room smelled so bad, we had to sleep with the windows open (very cold - late December). We had to walk past four guests that were smoking in the doorway to get to our room. I understand that this is a pet friendly hotel but the area near our main door was covered in pet feces that obviously hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Very disappointing considering the ratings and reviews were pretty good.

Very friendly staff and convenience location best of it’s great price.

Got this room off Orbitz. Like Shilo Inns and this price was grest.

Good value price hotel. Includes free parking, breakfast, has refrigerator, microwave.

I used to live in Vancouver and pass this hotel all the time. So I thought it would be a good idea to stay here. I told my sister it was t what I remembered. She said, "or is it just as you remembered... 20 years ago." The night desk lady was snarky. The room smelled like a wet dog. The pool water was sketchy. The TV was old and no premium channels. The maid service only came on the first day then told my husband they only come on the last day. The bathrooms were nice and remodeled. I liked the fridge in the room and the comfort of the beds. The other guests were nice and friend while talking to them at the free breakfast, which was fairly extensive. This would be a good place to stay if you were not planning on being in the room a lot.
