The room was very clean and spacious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were sad the hot tub was available everytime we tried to use it. But other than that it was a great stay!

We have stayed here many times. It will be hard to stay here again. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Staff told us that this is normal. The bed was worn out. Dissapointed as they must be short staffed.

The room was decent for an ADA room. They were kind to give us more towels. The TV had some technical Internet issues but Jacob helped that works there after a second night of TV shutting down. The pool lifts were not working just like most hotels in the pool room. So my daughter had difficulty getting in. We chose to only go once during our stay because it was very difficult to get her in the water. I don’t think we will book here again but it was okay. Most hotels have these issues these days and people with challenges get short changed. Even a cruise we went on was non-compliant with the laws for people with disabilities.

Good mattress, good storage, nice floor plan. Some “designer” complaints: clogged doorway at entrance was much too tight. Microwave needs to be up on the counter. Worst bathroom ever, despite looking stylish! Shower door in the wrong spot for starting water. Toilet was way too low, good for kids BUT I’m 5’7” and could barely reach the sink’s very tall, deep faucet handle and equally faraway spigot flow. Bathroom lighting too dim for cosmetic care, makeup mirror light was inoperative( as was one bed lamp)
