Didn't like that breakfast wasn't included as with many other Best Westerns. Couldn't figure out the AC.

The room overall was immaculate, the hotel lobby was nice, the staff was super friendly. We did have what sounded like a domestic violence problem going on in the room next to us but the staff came to help. The pool was open so that was a big plus for us, although the hot tub smelled a little weird. Overall 4.5/5.
Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is included, but due to COVID, it is all pre-packaged foods (yogurt, cereals, Sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, etc.). Only con is that the walls are very thin. Just bring ear plugs and you'll be OK!

Bed felt like a deflated air mattress. Incredibly uncomfortable! My back and neck is still hurting a day later. Pool was ugly. Shower head was awful. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WONDERFUL!
This Best Western location was extremely new. The staff was very helpful with reservation changes. The room was very cleanly and modern. Overall, it was an excellent stay!
I want to like this place. I really do. We stayed for a night on Feb 22, 2020. There were a few issues from the start: We didn't get the pet-free room that we requested via email- with confirmation. My young child is highly allergic to pet dander. I was assured that the room was deep cleaned. Walking down the hall to our room, we saw a trash bag on the floor across the hall. That same bag stayed there through the weekend. Upon entering our room, it looked nice. Modern. Clean. The toilet had the "clean" band on it's seat. And inside the toilet bowl was a load of poop and a humongous wad of toilet paper. We couldn't get it to flush, so we called the front desk. We were told it would be 15mins before someone would get there. It finally gets fixed, but no apology was given about the room being left in that condition. How could I trust that the room is clean?! Also, they couldn't move us to another room because they were fully booked. As if every single reservation had checked in within 30mins?? And if that were the case, why were we able to find rooms still available online? Folks, we could have been moved to a different room, get the clogged toilet fixed, clean it up, and put the next reservation in there when they arrive later. The guy at the front desk was not helpful in the slightest. Sue tried to make up for it all with a goodie bag, which we were greatful for. But... it was a toilet full of poop that didnt belong to any of our party.
Very clean, comfy beds, nice staff. The pool was fun for the kids.
