Property was located very close in walking distance to a lot of the Portland tourist areas. The room itself was very clean. Our only complaint is when turning on the hot water, whether it was in our room or the neighbor’s room it would make this loud banging sound. Also, the lobby scent was a little too strong for my liking.

I just did a quick overnight stay with my daughters. We used the over night valet service and walked everywhere as everything is within walking distance. The room was so nice, beds were soft and we didn’t hear a single noise throughout the night. The hotel dining was also spectacular, with excellent wait staff and delicious food & great coffee.

We had two rooms reserved, I called before noon to ask for early check-in, was told one room was available but the other wouldn’t be until 2:00 or 3:00, when we arrived I was told I’d get a text when our second room was ready. All five of us, including my 98-year-old wheelchair-bound mother stayed in the one room, waiting for the text. We had a wedding party to go to at 6:00. I kept calling the front desk for updates and finally was told the room hadn’t been cleaned yet and wouldn’t be ready until 5:30. We needed to get ready for the party so accepted a room 9 floors above my mother’s room. Worse still, elevator cards only work for your own floor so we had to play card shuffle to be able to go to each ofher’s rooms. I got a nonheartfelt apology, sort of, and no compensation for getting access to our room 1 1/2 hours after usual check-in time for a room we were told would be available for early check-in. The room was okay, not special. No glasses, just two paper cups for three guests. Not the best experience. Won’t be returning.
