The location of the property was great but for the price it seemed very run down.

Loved the outdoor seating at the restaurant. The sound of the river rushing by at night was delightful; the food good, especially the smoked blue cheese cake. Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable. Service friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Whoever does the marketing for this place deserves an award. It's not that its not a decent hotel (it is) it's just not the luxurious thing shown in the ads. I had a nice room overlooking the river. Unfortunately, the lovely sounds of the water were in a tough competition with Hwy 97 nearby. The commode in the bathroom was loose, the air conditioner was incredibly loud, and the bed was on the wrong side of firm. Felt like I was sleeping on a rock. And while I understand that due to covid all room services are off the table, I wish they would come up with a way for us to easily dispose of our garbage and what not. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed time at the pool.

Location was fine but there was no clear path to downtown without going through a homeless camp on the river or trespassing a golf course. The room was filthy when we came in. Dried food on the sleeper sofa, trash, and the toilet bowl had dried brown stuff on the outside. Sofa bed was tilted so our heads were at a downward slant all night. It was uncomfortable! When we arrived at check-in late after traveling all day it was not mentioned to us that we needed to make our own beds. With two kids in tow you can imagine the exhaustion at midnight in our room while we have to make a request to get bedding Then make the bed! I found this astonishing. Also I was told that as a first responder who had had covid I would be upgraded or comped a night. That didn’t happen. I’m not a big fan of this place.

I booked this hotel for the hot tub. Called on Thursday to ask if it was open and staff said it was. We checked in Friday and at check in asked times the hot tub was open. When we went to the hot tub it was a cold tub. Turns out it wasn’t working for a day or two. We checked out Sunday and it still wasn’t working. This was very frustrating bc I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub which wasn’t working. There were multiple opportunities for staff to notify us that hot tub wasn’t working, but they did not. The river outside seemed warmer. I booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend away and did not get it. Will not book this place again.

The setting is gorgeous. When we checked in i wasnt given the warmest of welcomes. The front desk staff gave us the bare minimum when checking in.

My 11 year old found a vaping cartridge sitting on the couch in our room. He had no idea what it was and picked it up. I called the front desk and let them know the room had not properly been cleaned. The front desk person could not have cared less.

Beautifully set, clean space and courteous staff. Worth it.

Clean, comfy bed, and the construction is of quality materials, so not a lot of noise gets through the walls. Planning our next trip to Bend and plan to stay there again!

Quiet property, friendly staff and great river views. Highly recommend!

beautiful location, clean, nice atmosphere. Would come back again. Great price.

I loved the location and walkability. The room could’ve had more lighting and also the air conditioning was insufficient.
