We were very impressed and pleased with this facility. As with all the homes in Sunriver, it has easy access to the hiking/biking path network. It is on a cul-de-sac, so backing out of the driveway is a breeze. The rooms are immaculate, the bathrooms are very accessible and the common rooms (kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, living room and upstairs game room) are inviting and well-stocked with lots of games and activities. The decor accents the local features of the area. The instructions are well marked and reasonable. It was a very enjoyable space for our weeklong family reunion!

Family Trip 2025

This house was perfect for our family trip. We had 9 adults and 3 children. The SHARC passes were most appreciated as was the proximity to all the wonderful sites to visit and explore like Newberry Caldera, Paulina Lakes and the Big Obsidion Flow, Sparks Lake, many falls and a trip out to Crater Lake. Only complaint is the directions to dowload the Dack app to get checkin information and if I hadnt called wouldnt have known that those directions are not accurate as the company no longer uses the app.

Great property for family vacation

Our recent stay at this large rental house for our family vacation was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The property was exactly as advertised, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The spacious layout of the house easily accommodated our entire family, providing ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. One of the standout features of this rental was the incredibly well-stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group, from high-quality cookware to a wide array of utensils and appliances. We enjoyed cooking together and having the option to dine in, which made our stay feel even more like home.

Xmas week with family

We had 13 people and the house was perfect! The kids enjoyed the bunk room and all the adults had great bedrooms. The couch in living room was great for watching football games and they even had a Xmas tree lite up which was a bonus. The kitchen had everything and an extra fridge in garage. My only suggestions would be to give better directions on the garbage / recycling set up , not sure I got it right! I wish we could of had propane fire pit , love sitting outside. Had one small issue with hot tub and the company helped me thru easily! The only thing missing… SNOW!! Did enjoy ice skating and pool and had some great walks/ hikes. Thanks for the wonderful family memories!! Jan

Wonderful house

Amazing! The house was beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and well-appointed. My group of 13 was three families with kids age 2-8. Kids especially enjoyed the foosball, hot tub, bunk beds, SHARC passes, and riding bikes around the circle. Adults appreciated the excellent kitchen (multiple coffee makers!), bedroom options, and that everything in the house was in working order. I'd return to this house in a heartbeat.

This house is beautiful! The location is also very beautiful. The AC turned itself off several times and the heat turned on. This was the only issue. I would very much stay again.

The house accommodated our family of 14 very comfortably for Christmas!

Make sure to get your pass code before arrival. Had some difficulty getting that on Christmas day, but worked out quite well. Thanks to the owner. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked! We are a family of cooks, and usually travel with totes full of our needs for the kitchen. Practically unnecessary this time! A firm cover on the pool table would have been a nice feature for all the big puzzles we did. Very comfortable, clean, and well stocked home. Definitely recommend highly!

Thanksgiving Reunion

We arrived and had to wait 2 hours to gain access, a mix-up with lock code. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It was completely stocked with everything we needed to have a formal, sit-down dinner for 16. We are going to try and come back next year. Thank you so much!

Sunriver Motorcycle ride 2022

This house was great we had 15 adults staying at the property. We had 8 motorcycles and 1 truck everything fit perfectly. The kitchen looks out at both dinning room tables and living room. Bigger than pictures are able to show, this was a small concern prior to arriving. There was also nice long tables on the deck with patio furniture. Plenty of utensils and dinnerware (not always the case with homes for this amount of people). The location was also super convenient for supermarket runs. We would all recommend this house.

Outstanding House

We loved this house! We all agreed it was one of the most well stocked kitchens we've ever seen as a rental. Had absolutely everything you ever could want. Super Clean, Comfy Beds, Great Location. Owner is super responsive. Don't pass on this house !

Family Vacation

This home provided a perfect gathering place for our family! From the spacious living/dining area (with room for all 12 of us to share meals and game nights together) to the comfortable and large back deck (with a few deer visitors throughout the week!) it created a great space for our vacation fun. The bedrooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. The game room and table games in the garage made it so that we always had something to do whenever we were hanging around the house. A great addition to this home was the sound system inside, allowing us to have a great background soundtrack during our stay. Would highly recommend this place for other large families!

Family celebration

Multigeneration gathering in several houses...but our house won as the best equipped, the most spacious and welcoming. This place was wonderful for full family gatherings, games and dining. It came with everything, I even prepped a wedding cake! So many rooms, games, etc. All clean and ready to use. We will go again, once I have the energy to organize such an event!

Great Memorial to our Dad!

This house had plenty of rooms and baths for all. We loved all the games and used the ping pong daily. The location was good, we usually stay closer to the Village, but this was fine. Overall it was pretty perfect for our family to Celebrate and honor our Father, grandpa, and great grandpa. What a memorial for him!

Great family hangout spot

My family & I had a lot of fun time staying at this large Sunriver property. The hottub, outdoor seating, 2 dining tables, and large couch were great for our group of 12. The foosball and ping pong tables in the garage created a nice space for the kids to hang while the adults chatted. We loved being able to walk to the park and pickleball courts. The house was clean with all thr kitchen tools you might need, fresh towels and new bedding. The owners were so helpful and replied promptly to my questions. Highly recommend!

We had a great time with three generations of family! We did a lot of cooking and were so pleased with all the dishes- for eating, preparing, cooking, even a little baking, etc. I can’t overemphasize the stocked kitchen! So nice to have bikes, foosball and a pool table to keep the cousins happy and busy! Thank you!

Such an awesome place for our family

For the review, I would give it 5 stars, and make this note: The house was wonderful! It was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses and silverware galore! Enough to to feed a group of 12 twice over or more! Has the staples spices for cooking, so you don’t have to bring your own & more space than you’ll know what to do with! There are 2 refrigerators and LOTS of pantry space. The bedrooms are the perfect spacing apart, you feel like you’re not in a house full of people! There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues that I’m sure will be addressed, it was clean & looked like it’s been maintained very well! They also have a great sound system throughout the house. Awesome fireplace and hot tub! Great additions of snow sleds, helmets, bikes, so many things to do with the kids. They also have a large variety of books if you forget your own & a ton of games for the whole family and some pretty challenging puzzles too! We would stay here again & again! We can’t say enough how grateful to have this beautiful place to create memories with our family!!

Wonderful home!

We loved the house. Plenty of room. The disappointing thing was cleanliness. The house is showing its wear. Carpets were very soiled. Floors not clean. BBQ caught fire. It was very dirty some TVs did not work

Re-Uning

This was a perfect home for our family reunion. Our group ranged in age from 2yrs to 82 yrs. it was very convenient to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on first floor. Kitchen is equipped to every cook’s needs and has plenty of storage space. Plenty of room to spread out; adults and kids can all be happy doing what they choose. Outdoor seating perfect for dining and conversation while some enjoy hot tub. Would happily return again for a family reunion or simply to enjoy all that SunRiver and Cascade lodge have to offer.

Best house!

We have an annual group Sun River trip, and this house was the best we’ve stayed in! Large kitchen, plenty of seating, and rooms that stay quiet despite having a house full of people. Highly recommend!
